Very decent for the price and location
The room was clean, sheets and towels were all fresh. Facility itself is dated. But definitely wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

The place provides decent sleeping options at a lower price than local competitors and the room is in good basic shape, though rather old on maintenance. However, the wifi is public,the breakfast options (cheap cereal, juice and coffee) feel more like gas station fare than the advertised "continental breakfast" and it would have been appreciated if the owner had mentioned that the room was facing the street.

Fishing the big lake.
In the area fishing. Place was excellent for a couple day stay while fishing on the big lake. Stay was exactly what I needed. Would stay again.
