A tan storage bench provides readers with a variety of books. The round glass top table provides an additional area for games, hanging out or (gulp) remote work!

With only three 2nd floor guest rooms (2 guests per room), Nottingham Place provides travelers privacy & exclusivity - an exquisitely unique alternative and ideal accommodations for friends, family and couples traveling together - up to 6 people (children 7 and older)

Also available to reserve online are the popular Nottingham Place Queens Chamber (with private living room, mini fridge, microwave & bathroom with shower) and Nottingham Place Cozy Turret Room (with mini fridge, microwave, private detached full bathroom)

**Friendly indoor cats reside in the home butarenotallowedinguestbedrooms. Who owns whom is debatable. Cat lovers welcome! Keep bedroom doors closed to prevent them from slipping inside unnoticed**

**2nd floor guest rooms, accessible via 2 staircases, are not suitable for those with limited mobility or balance instability. Nice BnB style lodging

This is more like a traditional BnB in that it is a single room with ensuite "spa like" bathroom. The room was clean and nice, bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was wonderful. The host asked for our preference in coffee and soft drinks which we found in the fridge in our room. There were many snacks and additional beverages available along with breakfast muffins in the common area. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the friendly house cats were lounging on the common area breakfast table at one point. I'm cat tolerant but not that tolerant. I had to peek out my room door before opening because one of them really wanted in to our room. That said, it will not change my choice of lodging when I come back to the area. Note that the guest entrance is more than a few steps away from parking and there is a narrow staircase leading up to the rooms. A larger suitcase would be difficult to handle so smaller, lighter or overnight bags would work best.

Incredible spot to call home for the night

Can’t say enough about our stay! There is literally every amenity you can think of, and others you never thought of because they already did for you. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a steam shower and jacuzzi tub. The front porch is a relaxed and beautiful hang out spot and you might get lucky enough to have some cute kitten company. The house itself is stunning and full of character, feels almost like a movie set. If we’re ever in Wise again, we will definitely be repeat visitors.

Go Get Spoiled at Nottingham Place!

Kim and Ben are wonderful hosts. They've thought of everything to make your stay at Nottingham Place relaxing, enjoyable, and fun. Our room was immaculate and well-appointed. The bathroom was sparking clean--and if we had forgotten our toothbrushes or toothpaste or lotion, we would have been fine because all of those are available. There are plenty of delicious snacks in case you get hungry. We will definitely go back again!

My wife and I have been all over the World. We have stayed in the best of the best. I have to say this Historic charming home (Nottingham Place in Wise) has to be one of the best we have ever stayed at. The home already has that historical vibe once you walk in but it’s definitely the hosts, Ben and Kim, that truly take it over the top. I could go on and on about the amenities and little extras but I won’t. The bed in our room was the best we have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. While away from home. We always compare the sleeping arrangements to our own bed at home and I must say this one knocked it off it’s pedestal by just that much. If you’re going to be in the area for a night or longer this place is definitely worth looking into.

Another great stay

This has become our go to place when we visit the area. We just stayed here again for another 3 nights. We stayed in a different room than last time, but it was a wonderful room. This place and room are super clean. The room and bathroom were beautiful, super clean, comfortable and quiet. Already looking to book our next visit here, can't wait. The only downfall with the property is they only have 2 onsite parking spots and if they are full you may have to park down the street in a public parking lot, which we had to do Saturday night. It was a concern, but we had no problems.

Weekend in Wise

Our hosts wrote the book on hospitality! The property was immaculate and secure, with easy parking. Clear, written instructions were present for all electronics, and WiFi was strong enough to support a few hours of work. We definitely plan to return!

Very clean and beautifully quaint.

I have zero complaints about this accommodation. Beautiful area, property, and architecture. The bathroom was especially impressive. I didn't spend a whole lot of time here as I was out and about as well as visiting a friend but what time I did spend here was relaxing and extremely enjoyable.
