Dating back from 1850, the rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished with plenty of natural, free flowing light providing the perfect rural retreat for a family or group of friends. The Farmhouse at Boundary Farm

This Farmhouse has an abundance of outdoor space and a small games room adjacent to the property. There is a long breakfast table, which easily accommodated 5 adults and 3 children and close by a tv, games & books for entertainment. Two separate lounges downstairs one has a tv (with Netflix) and the other lounge is for reading. There is a modern outdoor table and chairs perfect for having an evening meal. It is one of the most well equipped properties we have stayed in and has an EV charger (via the TAP app) attached to the house. Framlingham Castle (English Heritage) is a very short drive away and holds child activities throughout the day. There is a barbecue but this needs to be replaced. I took my own and was glad I did. We would all stay at the Farmhouse again as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Old Mill House pub (which is within walking distance) provided excellent hospitality for an evening meal with a play area outside for small children.
