Welcome to your private Woodstock retreat — a bright and inviting four-bedroom home just four minutes from the village, designed for relaxed Catskills living.

Spend your days by the heated salt-water pool, grill and dine on the expansive 2,000-square-foot deck, or gather around the fire pit beneath the pines. With multiple living areas, two fireplaces, and a large garden surrounded by trees, the home offers the perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and connection.

Whether you're visiting for summer pool days, fall foliage, or cozy winter weekends, this home is an ideal base for exploring Woodstock and the Catskills.

THE HOME:
This ranch-style house has a thoughtful layout with bedrooms on one side of the home and entertainment spaces on the other, allowing for both comfort and privacy.

The living room features a large sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace. A cozy den offers additional lounging space and includes a convertible sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining area, which comfortably seats six or more guests.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
The outdoor spaces are designed for gathering and relaxing in nature.

The home is located just four minutes from Woodstock Village, making it easy to enjoy everything the town has to offer.

POOL INFORMATION:
The pool is open from May 25, 2026 through October 5, 2026.

The pool is heated with propane. We provide 50 gallons of gas per week for pool heating, which is typically sufficient with moderate use. Usage is monitored daily and guests are responsible for propane overage if additional heating is required.

For energy conservation, the pool heater operates between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Guests are asked to turn the heater on only when needed.

The pool area is fenced for child safety. All members of the guest party must sign a pool waiver.

HOUSE ESSENTIALS:

• Fire pit and outdoor seating

Babysitting services may be available upon request.

We are also happy to discuss pricing for longer stays.

Please report any damages within two hours of arrival. Unreported damages may be assumed to have occurred during the reservation.

Furniture, electronics, and artwork should not be moved.

We enjoyed our family Thanksgiving stay at this home. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Convenient to village of Woodstock and grocery/liquor store. Home has plenty of room for a family - note that one full bathroom, however, is not near the bedrooms so three bedrooms have one bathroom in close proximity. Master bedroom has its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well appointed. Great board games on site as well as lovely fireplace to hang out and read or enjoy a cocktail and conversation. TV is located in a separate hang out room off the kitchen area. We were not able to enjoy the home's outdoor area due to the season and weather but looks like a great place to hang during the summer!

Our family of six adults and 3 kids enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The check-in was easy and the house and grounds are spacious and comfortable. The pool is the main attraction especially in August with temps near 90. Yana was easily reached and very accommodating. Our family reunion was great!

Beautiful getaway

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this lovely home. It was so easy to make dinner, as the kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed, and we were able to spread out and enjoy the beautiful rooms for movie time, or reading. The beds were extremely comfortable with super-soft linens. This house was central to everything, and in a perfect neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and even made suggestions for things to do! 12/10 - highly recommend.

Woodstock vacation

Our family of 6, including a 6 and 9 year old, love the pool. Our meals were grilled and eaten outside on the spacious deck. The house is roomy, comfortable and our host, Yanna, very responsive. We would love to return next year.

Just Fabulous!

5 of us out on a much needed girls trip. Upon arrival, the place was even better in person! The pictures just can't capture the magic of this beautifully decorated place. It was easy to check in! We had everything we needed. The house and bedrooms were all very clean and inviting. Not to mention the beds were super cozy. We all slept quite well! The kitchen was modern and a joy to be in. Very close to town which was a major plus for us. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great college reunion getaway!

Seven of us all met for our 25th college reunion! The location was great just a few minutes from Woodstock’s cool shops and restaurants. The house had such a cool Mediterranean vibe and was just the right size for 7 of us. We loved catching up outside by the gas fireplace and having our coffee during the crisp November morning with the backdrop of woods and nature. The family room was nice to all sit around and play games and chat. Maybe a TV in that room would be nice even though we didn’t need it for the weekend. Everything was clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much!

Woodstock retreat

Our family felt like we were on a real vacation at Yanna’s retreat. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of six. We enjoyed grilling our meals on the large deck over looking the pool. The backyard is surrounded by forests that kept us cool during the heat wave. Yanna was a responsive owner and answered our questions. We would love to return again.

Pleasant but not Fantastic

Our family had a great time being together under one roof and enjoying each other's company..... i must say that was the best part of the week, and we created a wonderful memory. As far as the house and the accommodations, it was a little "tired" The picture presentation looked much nicer than the actual home. The host was helpful with our concerns when we checked in and resolved a few problems immediately. The pool was nice and very clean, but the furniture was old and very tired. We brought our own pool toys, and left them there for the next family !! I would recommend the host update dishes, glasses, and silverware for the kitchen. The towels were adequate, as well as pool towels. The weather was perfect, and the town was lovely. i guess i am a little spoiled when it comes to accommodations, but i think in this area there is a rustic atmosphere with both pluses and minuses. Cleanliness of the property and sanitation issues can be easily improved at the time of turn over of the property.

Nice

Went with a small group of friends for a weekend getaway. Decent drive and easy to find the property. Property Manager/Owner, Yanna was very responsive and understanding. There were min cupcakes left for us upon our arrival which was a nice personal touch :) Plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of outdoor space as well. House rules/instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property has supplies and bath amenities available so no need to bring anything! Kitchen is well stocked. The only kitchen utensil you might want to bring are your own chef knives for chopping. The knives there were dull but manageable. TV’s were smaller than we’d like, but No complaints. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again.

Cozy spot for the winter retreat

Our family had a great X’mas time at Ayanna’s property. The house was spacious, clean, cozy, comfortable and easy to find. The communication with the Yanna was great. The location is very convenient. There is a big supermarket in 3 minutes driving distance, and it is also very close to the Woodstock Main Street. We all enjoyed staying in this beautiful house.

Thanksgiving vacation

We spent the week of thanksgiving at this Woodstock property and really enjoyed ourselves! The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a full thanksgiving dinner and we also used the grill. The kids loved running around in the yard and hanging out in the “pink room” and the adults enjoyed relaxing in front of the fire. We also loved Woodstock and went to several of the recommended restaurants. We would totally stay here again, I would love to come when the pool is open! (maybe consider a hot tub?!?)

Space to spread out

We enjoyed sitting in the living room and enjoying the fire, gathering for a family movie night in the TV room, and sitting around the table at breakfast. We sat on the deck when we first arrived but then it got too cold. The neighborhood is perfect for a leaf gathering walk and is very close to downtown Woodstock. Our 3-year old grandson cried when it was time to leave.

Wonderful Summer Weekend - Needed More Time!

This house and property is as pictured and described. We were two families and fit very comfortably. Loved the location - close enough to town to be convenience but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. There is plenty to do (both in town and in the surrounding area) and we would come back again. Highly recommend this home for a weekend rental or longer!

Fall getaway

House itself with numerous bedrooms, fireplace, and furnishings all being close to town made for a great short vacation with friends. Home itself is charming with comfortable furniture, easy check out, and host was very responsive prior to and during our vacation. Great home base and close to restaurants and activities such as kattterskill falls, Hunter, mohonk mountain, New Paltz, and local bars and restaurants such as Sylvia, Red Onion, Oriole 9, and Early Terrible to name a few we stopped at on this trip.

Great House for a Group

My friends and I stayed here for a wedding we attended in the area, and it was the perfect place for our group. We each had our own private space, but loved being able to hang out in the living room, outdoor deck and, most importantly, the pool. It's also conveniently located, being just a short ride from the center of Woodstock.

Girls get away

We enjoyed our stay, the pool was great and the house is located not far from stores or Woodstock town. The house was large enough for a group of 9 and the bedrooms were nicely located away from the main living area where if you wanted some rest you didnt really hear the noise from the living area.
