Location! Location! Location! If you have been dreaming of a beach vacation that offers a comfortable family atmosphere and a convenient central location, then look no further. This popular townhome is located on East Henderson Street in the center of Wrightsville Beach and is just a short stroll to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier. You will be in the center of all the attractions Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse features an open concept living area on the first floor. The living room is furnished with a large Roku-enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the plush sofa. A wall of sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and the first-floor deck off the living room provides breathtaking ocean views. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 twin and 1 full-sized bed.

Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a cozy king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience. The third bedroom is furnished with two standalone full-sized beds. “Ramsey East Unit” is a popular pick for many returning guests as it lends itself to families, provides ample parking, has two decks that have wonderful ocean views, and is just steps from the beach.

For larger family gatherings, rent the adjoining unit W148 “Ramsey West Unit”, for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining and living areas! There is a connecting first floor door between the East and West units that can be unlocked with advance notice for larger families renting these units in combination. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 3 Full, 1 Twin.
Parking: Off-street parking for 4 cars in carport and driveway.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pets not allowed.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

This rental is a great value at the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Clean and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit is very close to the beach and you can see and hear the ocean from either of the two decks.

We love the location. This was our 3rd time to stay at this property. It is close to our son’s house near Wilmington so he, our daughter in law and 3 year old grandson can visit us and enjoy the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Although it is a little dated, the property was well maintained, and had an amazing location! There is enough room to get 2 cars under the house, and a shared driveway in which you can fit up to 2 more. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook several meals. Overall, we would definitely rent this location again!

Needs updated

I felt the listing needs updated pictures. It smelled mildewy. The left side of the kitchen sink is unusable because the drain pipes are rusted out. There was not enough towels for all 8 of us. Shower in Master bed bathroom really could use some updating you have to fight the knobs to get them on and i do believe the kids said the downstairs was also like that. I don't feel like i got what i paid for. Could be a wonderful place with some good cleaning and a few updates.

Good location

We appreciated being so close to the beach and not having to cross a busy road. The house fit is perfectly with great-grandma on the main level while the rest of us our bedrooms upstairs. Could have replaced the two barstools with regular chairs for better seating around the table.

Great location

We loved being so close to the beach and the pier. The property itself is in need of some updating and repair. The rug looked new but the kitchen was dingy and disorganized. The deck from the master BR had a nice view of the ocean and sunsets. The lower level shower handle was hard to adjust making for either a very hot or very cold shower. Overall we had a nice experience but the next time we go I'd look for a place with a more updated kitchen.

Great Location

Location can’t be beat unless you’re literally on the beach. Less than half a block to the ocean was wonderful. When we arrived the house itself was less than clean. We called Bryant Real Estate and they immediately came to do more cleaning and were very nice. I called them later in the week when I found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor and several behind a chair we moved. Again they promptly came over and sprayed. Also said they were already on a pest management schedule but that the area had a lot of bugs. Had sufficient space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Overall the whole place could use a lot of updating. A window was broken and was boarded up but more of an aesthetic issue than safety. The window has been on back order since March so will hopefully be replaced soon. There was no blender. Actually bought a good one at Walmart for $16. Overall had a great time! Go to Tower 7 for the best shrimp tacos ever!

I usually never write a bad review. But this property is very misleading with the photos. We walked into plywood on windows with a sign saying “ danger do not come near window, fall risk“ because this window is on the second floor in the living room. Actually it’s the largest window in the condo.The back exit the property was bolt locked.. If there was a fire there was only one way out of this property. They are definitely health and safety concerns with this property.When we contacted Bryant real estate of Wrightsville Beach., the property manager, we were told that the window had been broken for a year. And that we should’ve been notified about the property‘s condition before our stay. Bryant real estate also told us that they can’t keep up with all of their properties to know The specific condition of each property. We were not given alternative place to stay.We never received any communication from Bryant Real estate. I placed a water bottle on an end table and the end table collapsed.The furniture is in very poor condition. The kitchen table is way too big for the area and it’s was being held together by an extra leaf for stability. The plaster is coming off the ceiling in the bathrooms. All of the beds need to be replaced. Several of our family members left early because the beds were so worn and uncomfortable to sleep in. The Intake vent going up the stairs for the air conditioner was filthy. I mean black with dirt. The TVs in the upstairs bedrooms did not work. There were no hangers in the closets.The outdoor faucet was broken. None of the Patio furniture Seen in the pictures were on site when we were arrived to this property. The furniture that was there was old with paint chipping and splintering wood.The property states enough room for 10 people but really it’s only comfortable for six. The only good thing about this property is the walk was from minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend calling Bryant real estate of Wrightsville Beach and getting in writing that this Property has either had repairs or You see current pictures of what you are renting for the week. The pictures of this property need to be updated. This is actually false advertising on VRBO. We asked to be moved. Bryant real estate told us if we rented another property then we possibly would have to pay for two properties. This is the worst property we have rented on VRBO. We attempted to call Vrbo and lost connection twice with the representative.

It was a nice place, very clean, pictures were accurate. Ratings are accurate to our expectations, did not expect luxury accommodations. Would have liked a small table on balcony, the refrigerator door had to be pushed to close tight, but mostly the beds were somewhat Spartan - master queen w/no box springs, one full, one twin, one "futon" to sleep two and a bunk bed.
