Nice hotel

Everything was good except the noisy tram

Everything was good except the noisy tram.It goes just near the hotel,under the windows starting 5:30 untill midnight.It can be realy annoying.

Good hotel overall. Breakfast was nice. Girls serving you coffee etc were very pleasant. Reception staff were very pleasant. All good apart from two dirty coffee cups left in my room for the duration of my trip. Dont know why they weren't lifted up. Would go back.

48 Hours in Wroclaw

Excellent location only a 5 minute walking from Wroclaw's main square. Hotel is on a main road with tram-lines running directly outside which does shake the hotel a little when they go past - didn't bother us though. Hotel staff were friendly and the hotel itself was safe, quiet and clean. Would stay again if visiting.

Good value and convenient

The hotel is located close to the Old Town, restaurants, supermarkets, trams and buses. While the room was in need of an update decor wise, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was modern. My only real issue with the room was the noise and vibration from the trams going past. Breakfast was very good for 30 zloty. I had the impression from the ad that access to the rooms was via a balcony open to the weather but this was not the case. It was a typical corridor with walls and a ceiling. Overall good value for money.

A Gem in Wroclaw

Very clean, quiet, modern hotel. Comfy bed. Pleasant check-in. It's a 5 minute walk to the old town. Great value.

Lovely hotel but VERY noisy!

The hotel and its staff are lovely but it's VERY noisy from the passing trams! I usually don't have any issues with sleeping, but I woke up with almost a heart attack the first night. If it wasn't for that I would definitely recommend it. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very basic, there are no tea & coffee facilities or tissues.

Good location close to main square. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room windows opened up onto a loud street. Down sides were no shampoo in the bathroom and the hotel is on a loud street. Though this was a nice hotel, you could probably get a better value somewhere else in town. That said, this is a nice hotel and a good location for exploring around Wroclaw.

"Duet" na medal !!!

Wspaniała obsługa całego zespołu, który tam pracuje. Uśmiech, pozytywne podejście do klienta, po prostu wszystko na medal. Pierwszy raz skorzystałem z noclegów i na pewno nie ostatni. Bardzo dobre i świeże śniadanko, z wyborem dań gorących i bufetem. Bardzo pięknie dziękuję za profesjonalną obsługę i do zobaczenia. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel - jest rewelacyjny !!!
