The "Nordwind" house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 400 m² plot.

It is a solidly constructed, single-roof house located directly behind the North Sea dike in the Spieka-Neufeld holiday village, only about 500 m from the idyllic fishing harbor and the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

The lovingly furnished house is 78 m² in size and sleeps 5 people.
