This was the first time I stopped in Wytheville VA and am glad I chose Travelodge. The hotel sits in a good location with easy access to the Interstates. The room also has easy access to load and unload your vehicle on top of being perfectly comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I'm in the area

Traveling for a move to a new state. Needed a frugal stop but a decent clean and comfortable simple crash room on our journey. This was a great price and comparable to rooms at better “named” Chain hotels. Great location next to a Cracker Barrel

Reasonable

Perched on top of a hill, the location offers a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountain area. It is conveniently situated off and on Interstate 71. Right next door is Cracker Barrel, which offers fairly decent food. The facilities are somewhat dated. It is a reasonable buy for the price.

Have stayed here before. Things have slipped in a year. Not as clean...too many dogs barking. Bathroom sink was plugged. No kleenex. Bedspread had a hole from careless smoker- Non smoking room. Breakfast was pretty basic. Beds were comfy and room was quiet after the dogs settled

Came in very late to tired to analyze everything. When we woke up in the morning we saw where we stayed . The room carpet was not vacuumed, still had long white dog hair . the wall in the bathroom had splatter . When we tried to look thru the window was the dirtiest window I ever saw in my life, you could not see thru it !! ! When we checked out the person said drop the key in the box , did not asked how was our stay or anything. Breakfast area was clean with a nice view . But all the food was set ,two of each muffin , bagels , toast and was only 8AM.The yogurt and coffee was plenty . We will not stay there in the future, is such a shame because the surroundings are so beautiful.

The room was less than average - cleanliness could have been improved! Found roaches and some other kind of bug in the bathroom! Good thing we were finishing up in the morning when we found it. We will look for other accommodations in the future.
