No se aceptan grupos de gente joven (menores de 30 años). El edificio “Bitácora” está situado en la zona centro de la playa de Xeraco a 45 m. de la playa. Consta de siete alturas con ascensor, dispone de piscina y garaje. Apartamento esta situado en la cuarta planta, tiene tres dormitorios dobles, un baño completo, un aseo-ducha, cocina independiente con galería, salón-comedor y terraza amplia con toldo y con orientación Sur con buenas vistas al mar e inmejorable acceso a la playa. Proximidad a supermercado, restaurante, comercio, farmacia y centro médico.

Equipado con todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa, y ropa de cama y toallas. Tienen televisor, lavadora, microondas y ofrece servicio WIFI.

No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla!

Capacidad 6/7 personas. No se admiten grupos de gente joven. NO DE ADMITE MASCOTAS.

A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, está se devolverá a la devolución de las llaves trás la revisión del apartamento.

El ayuntamiento de Xeraco ofrece y gestiona un servicio WIFI público gratuito a lo largo de toda la playa de Xeraco (servicio no garantizado dentro de los apartamentos).
