Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Magníficas vistas al mar
Nos ha gustado el emplazamiento, las vistas al mar y a la zona de jardines y piscina. La distribución interior del apartamento, aunque para acceder a las zonas comunes teníamos que salir del edificio y entrar por otra portería.
En el aspecto de la limpieza, la zona de ducha de uno de los dos baños estaba levemente enmohecida.
Y por lo que respecta al lavavajillas, echamos en falta abrillantador y sal industrial. Me responden que eso es cosa de los inquilinos. Lo bien cierto es que el menaje de cocina y la poca vajilla de cristalería existente están bastante blanquecinos, debido a que nadie se lleva sal y abrillantador cuando va de vacaciones e intuyo que en esa máquina nadie ha repuesto esos productos en años. Consecuencia la vajilla de cristal ha perdido el brillo. Durante nuestra estancia esos elementos de cristal los lavamos a mano.
Tan sencillo como avisar a los inquilinos de que han de llevar de casa esos elementos. O reponerlos desde su organización, a fin de que la vajilla del propietario del inmueble luzca en óptimas condiciones.

Un apto. para disfrutar del veraneo.
Un apartamento estupendo para las vacaciones, buenas camas, estupendo mobiliario y cocina con electrodomésticos perfectos.
No os corresponde a vosotros, creo que el Ayto. debería mejorar para que no existieran doscientos mil mosquitos!!
