Breakfast disaster zone.

Hotel was modern, clean and soft beds. Location is out of town and might be on the metro (there were signs) but couldn’t find it and nobody answered our questions about it. Breakfast was a disaster. You had to ask for a plate and then for things to go on it. You had to ask for a cup and then ask for coffee for it. There is a coffee jug but it’s brown tasteless water. You have to ask for a glass and then the orange juice filled. It’s orange cordial at different strengths. You then have to ask for cutlery and get given 6 chopsticks. Day yep they cleared my plates before I’d do finished. Day 1 the big finale......the lady about 3n away asked for the high chair. The staff member brought it over right next to me to clean a yellow liquid off the chair presumably baby urine. She used napkins and turned around and put them on my not finished plate. The staff need training desperately

Great value on a very nice hotel.

The Ibis was an incredible deal for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was very helpful. Bus stop and DiDi pickup right by the hotel. Subway is a bit of a walk.

便利で清潔です

空港への高速バス乗り場も近いので便利です。日本食も歩いて行ける範囲にもあります。フロントの英語は少し怪しいですが、何とかなります。部屋は清潔ですし、タオルが柔らかくて気持ちが良かったです。ibisだと分かって宿泊するならば、全く問題ありません。
