    泊まってはダメ！

    Hotels.comの予約がないと言われ、念のため持参したHP予約画面（英語版）を印刷してホテルに提示したが予約は無いと言い張る。そこで、現地からHotels.comに電話で確認しようと思い、電話するも回線が混んでおり待たせられる事、30分！ようやく電話が通じてHotels.comの担当者からホテルのフロント係員に直接確認をしてもらいホテルは予約を承諾。いったい何なのか？？？ホテルも価格的には高めであるにも関わらずこの対応は酷すぎる！！！もうこのホテルは二度と利用しないし、Hotels.comも予約確認は不要とHP上で提示するのであれば、契約ホテルの予約状況に対して責任を持つべき。また、サポートの電話を30分も待たせるのはお客様問い合わせ先の体制としては問題。予約される方はくれぐれも用心ください。
