Summary:
PradaBeach is a beautiful and traditional stone house in Aldea Gallega in an environment of meadows, forests and fields. A small, quiet, dreamlike villa, overlooking the sea and the wild beach of Esteiro (Xove), a surfing beach, with its school and jovial and family atmosphere, which will not leave its inhabitants indifferent. It is a fully renovated property, decorated with love and taste, in a delicate exercise of projection towards rest, good harmony and the enjoyment of a quiet life.
The Space:
This single-family house is organized on two levels; On the ground floor there is a large and comfortable kitchen, a dining table, a spacious full bathroom and an office for washing machine and utensils. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms (the master suite with a full bathroom, another double room, both with views of the meadows and the beach and sea in the background, and a third single room), a cozy living room with a fireplace, sharing the space with a bright dining room with access to a balcony and another intermediate reading room, a chill-out room that separates them from the rooms.
The house has a beautiful terrace for summer nights looking at the sea or culinary evenings with friends or family in the peace that surrounds this environment.

Prada is a small and quiet village in the north of Galicia with a very special charm and location; between a classic countryside environment and another of beach and sea. Surrounded by other houses of similar architecture, it gives a glimpse of other times of prosperity, of fertile and livestock lands, perhaps taking advantage of the proximity to the Historic Town of Viveiro (8 kms), today a space of life, summer tourism, commerce, restaurants and leisure. But the Village of Prada has a unique charm, its proximity to the sea for a summer walk, its calm, its spectacular and wild beach of Esteiro (Xove), its coastal path that connects other villages and towns and that today constitutes the alternative to the "Camino del Mar" of the famous Camino de Santiago, connecting Asturias with La Coruña along the coast line.
Getting Around:
Esteiro Beach is a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive away.
An hour and a quarter from La Coruña airport, two hours from Santiago or Asturias airport, accessing this property by road is easy and very well connected.
