Penthouse Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with massive balcony in lovely Town

This lovely apartment accommodates up to 4 persons as it comprises of one bedroom with two single beds & a master bedroom which has a double bed. Both bedrooms have two large wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Each bedroom has its own *air conditioning unit* and large fans to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom has a safety deposit box to keep all your valuables in and a Television which is linked to the main living room TV. The hallway leading to the bedrooms, bathroom & kitchen/ living room area have a washing machine & a freezer to further ensure that your accommodation has all the comforts you would expect at home. There is even more storage space in the hallway which has iron, ironing board and clothes horse. The kitchen area has all the mod cons you have at home such as oven, hob, grill, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, water cooler etc.
The large living room area comprises of comfortable two and three seater sofas which ensures that all occupants have ample seating. The large 42 inch flat screen Television has a Prime sat box or Amazon Firestick attached which enables anyone viewing to watch 100’s of English and American TV channels. These include Movies & Sports channels such as Sky, BT, Euro sport etc.. The choice on this service is huge. Wi Fi (high speed) is provided which is available throughout the apartment and balcony. Even a laptop computer and printer are supplied for tenants to use and a wood burner for those colder winter nights.

The balcony on this beautiful penthouse apartment is by far the largest out of the properties on the Saint Georges complex. It has a gazebo on the balcony covering over a small bar & table seating area which seats up to six persons. At the back of the gazebo is a large four seater *hot tub* which when used has jets that massage areas of the body.
The rest of the balcony has a modern rattan dining table with seating for up to four, a large parasol, several sunbeds & even a gas barbecue. The view across the rural landscape and complex is great with exceptional dawns and sunsets. The apartment is situated on the second floor of the left hand block accessible by elevator or stairs.

Being part of the Saint Georges complex it has a large communal pool which is very cool & much needed during the very hot summer months!

Parking on the complex is covered & therefore ensures that your rental vehicle is safe from all elements (we would recommend car rental to explore the island, however the town has a good bus service). The complex is maintained to a very high standard.

Apartment is situated in the small town of Xylofagou and only 7-8 mins drive from the superb Ayia Theklia Beach.

The apartment is only 15 mins drive from the busy bustling resort of Ayia Napa and a taxi can be booked costing between 15-20 euros. As such anyone can have the best of everything with a relatively quiet stay in the apartment or go into the town of Xylofagou for a slightly busier atmosphere or for a buzzing night time atmosphere in Ayia Napa. It is also worth noting that the town of Xylofagou and Ayia Napa have excellent restaurants.
