Luxury Private Villa With Large Pool And Amazing Views

Situated 170km away from Athens international airport, ''Villa Aliki'' is the ideal option for your summer vacations. It's located in the picturesque village of Rozena, Corith, Pelopennese and offers serenity and peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city area. The villa consists of two floors in which you can find three bedrooms, a spacious living area, a kitchen equipped with everything you'd need, and two bathrooms. The kitchen, the living room and one of the bathrooms are on the first floor, while the bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the second floor. More specifically, in the living area you'll find three cosy sofas in front of a fireplace, where you can unwind any time of day. Into the dining room, suitable for up to eight people, you can enjoy any meal you like. Moreover, in the first floor, you can find the kitchen, fully equipped with electronic appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker and more) and kitchenware. In the second floor, there is a big bedroom, with a double bed and a television for you to watch at night before going to bed. In the second bedroom, you'll find a fold-up single bed, which easily becomes a double. Lastly, in the third bedroom, there are two single beds. On the exterior part of the house, you'll discover a very spacious garden, a big pool (12mx6m), facilities for cooking outside, including a barbeque and a traditional wooden oven. You'll, also, have the opportunity to taste fresh fruits, such as figs, oranges and lemons from the trees of our garden.

The neighborhood of ''Villa Aliki'' is quiet and very peaceful, while being very close to local markets, exciting landmarks, small towns, taverns and cafes. The closest beach, is only 1,5km away from the house, but there is also plenty of other choices in all the Corinthian Gulf. Meanwhile, if you're more of a mountain lover, the village of Zacholi offers you the perfect trekking experience with its beautiful river, under the plane trees. Afterwards, you can taste the local food, in one of the traditional taverns of the area.

Ein tolles Haus

Der Check in war sehr unkompliziert. Der Vermieter hat Kaffee, Wasser, Kekse und eine Flasche Wein zum Empfang bereitgestellt. Auch ansonsten fehlte es an nicht. Der Esstisch draußen im 1. Stock mit super Ausblick, der große Pool, der regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt wurde, das GrundstĂŒck an sich, einfach fantastisch. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Den Lake Tsivlou muss man besucht haben, etwa 45 Minuten mit dem Auto!

Griekse grandeur!

Onze eerste kennismaking met Griekenland en wat voor een! De helft van een groot pand tot onze beschikking,(de andere helft is leeg),een heel groot zwembad, mooie tuin, veel privacy, vlakbij de zee, goede bakker en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand, veel excursie mogelijkheden, wat wil je nog meer! We hebben 16 dagen met volle teugen genoten, het was geweldig! Een absolute aanrader!

Perfekte Unterkunft

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen großen Pool und ist sehr gepflegt. Alle notwendigen KĂŒchenutensilien und KĂŒhl-/Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch genĂŒgend Sitzgelegenheiten außerhalb und im Haus. Die Lage ist gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge z.B. nach Athen, Nemea und Nafplio. In der direkten Umgebung in Derveni gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants.

Fantastic pool!

This property is all about the swimming pool! It is huge - the size you might expect for a small boutique hotel, but all to yourself. Absolutely lovely. The apartment forms about a third of a large building but the owner advised that the other parts would not be rented out, so we had the whole place to ourselves, which is what we wanted. I suspect this is always the case, but worth checking before booking. There is a nice covered eating area just off the kitchen, which picks up any available breeze making it lovely in the summer. The downstairs accommodation is attractive and all works well. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a small double and a twin room, which share one family bathroom and one air-conditioning unit on the landing, so all doors need to be kept open to benefit. The property was beautifully clean and check and check out was made very easy going with great communication. Thank you for renting the apartment to us.

Tolle Unterkunft

Das Haus war wunderbar, die Lage vielleicht nicht grad perfekt aber eine tolle Aussicht auf den Golf von Korinth und mit einem Auto ist man schnell an ganz tollen Spots. Der sehr grosse Pool war cool und die Gartenanlage mit Barbecue Grill und Pizzaofen auch mega toll! Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien in der Villa Evrostina.

Lots of space, beautiful pool, nice rooms, great garden, gources grill area

We like it very ®much to spend some days here. We had the whole object for our own, since the second flat was completely empty. The pool is just great and the grill area an garden too. But also the flat has plenty of room an a big terrasse with a great view. The village is nice and you have a bakery and a grocery store. For going to the beach is butter to drive some kilometers with the car since the way is crossing the high way and its not much fun to walk. In the night you can hear a little the highway, but it doesn’t disturb.

Great House, Great views, Great Pool!

We spent a fabulous vacation in this house, the pool is amazing and really big (!) and we enjoyed the views to the the sea and the mountains. There is a very lovely bakery up the hill (700m) open all day long. The house and especially the views are even more beautiful than shown in the photos. The village Derveni (6 min by car) has a lot of good restaurants with local food. We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the house. We highly recommend this house and would love to come back!

Fabulous place to stay!

We had a brilliant week here. The villa is a section of the house but has everything you need and means that the grounds and space around the villa is huge. No other residents there so is very private and quiet. The pool and outside area is exceptional. The views are also amazing. Hosts were really helpful and met us there. Always good communication. WiFi really good. Lovely bakery in the village and really nice beach places to stop locally. I’d love to return one day! Thanks so much!

Geweldig huis.

De ontvangst door de eigenaren van het huis was super. Hele aardige en gastvrije mensen. De koelkast was al deels gevuld en er was een heerlijk ontvangstpakket met honing, wijn en andere lekkernijen. Het huis is geweldig. Ruim van opzet en volledig toegerust. Het terrein om het huis heen is groot. Er zijn meerdere zitplekken buiten (in de schaduw). Er is een buitenkeuken waar kan worden gebarbecued (oppassen met de droogte). Het zwembad is super! Groot, schoon en veilig (haren kunnen niet in afvoeren gezogen worden). Het huis ligt dicht in de buurt van voorzieningen zoals stranden, supermarkten en restaurants (paar min met de auto). Akrata Beach is een leuk gedeelte om 's avonds te bezoeken, maar ook Epidaurus is nog te doen. Limni Tsivlou (meer voor zwemmen of wandelen) is ook gaaf. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wonderful and recommendable

We stayed for two weeks with our three children aged 12 to 18. We had a great time and highly recommend the wonderful apartment and the pool. Don’t miss to make use of the barbecue. The hosts are very hospitable and forthcoming. We can give our highest recommendation for this house. It is ideal for sightseeing and swimming. It doesn’t get any better than that.

ein wunderbarer Urlaub!!!!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Es liegt abseits von allem Touristenrummel; genau das, was wir suchten. Ein super, großer Pool lĂ€dt zur Entspannung und zum Schwimmen ein. Ein phantastischer Grillplatz verfĂŒhrt zum fast tĂ€glichen Grillen. In Rozena gibt es einen wunderbaren BĂ€cker und einen kleine Mini mĂ€rket. Das Haus selbst ist einfach, aber sehr gut eingerichtet: angefangen von den Betten bis zur KĂŒche und dem rundum Balkon. Unten in Aigeira gibt's einen super Food-Market, da kriegt man fast alles, sogar frischen Fisch, und ein StĂŒck weiter auf der anderen Seite einen sehr guten Metzger. Es ist eine lĂ€ndliche Gegend, wo nachts nur manchmal die Hunde heulen. In Akratas gibt es schöne KieselstrĂ€nde und gute Kneipen. FĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Korinth, Mykene, Epidauros und Nafplion sind es gerade mal zwischen 45 und 90 Minuten. Ein idealer Ort fĂŒr lange Ferien......

Zwei tolle Wochen

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen auf der Peleponnes. Das Haus, der Pool und der Garten sind groß und sehr gepflegt. Besonders der Pool hat allen super gefallen. Neben vielen AusflĂŒgen zu historischen StĂ€tten, in die Berge und an umliegende StrĂ€nde haben wir die Zeit dazwischen am Pool verbracht. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub.

Excellent villa

The owners were waiting for us when we arrived and answered our questions. The villa is equipped with everything you need, inside and out (pool, outside kitchen, BBQ, oven, gardens etc) The property is on the outskirts of a village which has a superb bakery. From the villa (front) there are superb, almost uninterrupted, views across the pool and all the way to the sea. To the side and rear view of the mountains. One of the best villas our family has ever stayed in.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es ließ nichts an WĂŒnschen offen. Wir haben traumhafte 14 Tage verbracht. Das Haus, das GrundstĂŒck, FreikĂŒche, Pool...einfach super, durchdacht und wunderschön. Wir haben von hier die Antiken StĂ€tten von Korinth bis Sparta, Olympia bis Delphi und Athen erkundet und die Tage dazwischen nur auf dem GrundstĂŒck und im Pool genossen. Die Umgebung einschl. Peloponnes im Gesamten sind wunderschön. Was uns entgegenkam....es ist nicht vom Tourismus ĂŒberlaufen. Danke an den Vermieter fĂŒr die immer sehr schnelle Kommunikation. Einfach Super.

House in Rozena

We had a really lovely time. Great house with fantastic pool and views. Very peaceful but close enough to a bakery, shops etc. for all we needed. Our hosts were very helpful. A couple of minor points of feedback, there is no TV in the master bedroom (as listed) and a kettle would be useful in the kitchen. Still, a lovely house in a beautiful area that I would recommend to anyone.

Riesiger Pool, herrliche Aussicht, Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir hatten sehr schöne 2 Wochen in Rozena. Der Ort ist nicht touristisch erschlossen, genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Trotzdem oder vielleicht deswegen kann man dort hervorrangend Fisch und Gyros essen gehen. Alles was man sonst so benötigt, findet man in den SupermĂ€rkten in der Umgebung. Das Schwimmbad ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die BegrĂŒĂŸung auch einfach klasse. Wenn wir Zeit hĂ€tten, wĂŒrden wir jederzeit wieder kommen.

Fantastic Villa - Excellent Holiday

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa and it was beautiful. The pictures do not depict just how lovely it is. Fantastic sized pool with stunning views, a wonderful outside dinning area with a pizza oven and BBQ. The kitchen area inside is adequately sized and has every utensil you require plus a little dishwasher which is very handy. The bedrooms are all decent sizes with wonderful views of either the mountains or the sea. The beach is only a short drive away, with white pebbles and crystal clear waters - very warm to swim in. Up the road there is a lovely bakery we visited every morning and then in town you have a local supermarket and some nice restaurants. (approx. 7-10 min drive)
