We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition.

The whole place is quite new and very modern. We were traveling across north and stayed here for the night. If you stay here go to the little sandwich truck out the front for a fantastic egg sandwich. We were very impressed the hotel is very nice and new.

Exceed my expectation.

Fairfield Marriott is a global chain hotel, but Fairfield in Japan has brought it to next level. Room is very clean, even in Japanese criteria. Pillow and bed are very comfortable. Facility is good. I have stayed in two different Fairfield, Sero and Yabu. All of them just impressed me a lot. What's special of Fairfield is the location, all next to roadside station (道之驛). Very convenient to enjoy local food. Fairfield Marriott will become the 1st choice to stay during the car trip in Japan. Highly recommended.

とてもキレイで、お部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。 バスタブは無く、シャワー室のみでしたが、トイレが別にあるので、かえってこの方がよかったです。
レストランがない代わりに、食事ができるスペースがあり、レンジやコーヒーなどが備え付けてあり、とても快適でした。
