Ocean View-Dog Friendly-7 mi. of Sand-Open Concept

(Yachats, OR) Gorgeous two-story craftsman home situated just A Stone's Throw from the mighty Pacific Ocean. A short walk to public beach access leading to 7 miles of beautiful sandy beach. This is a perfect destination for a romantic getaway or a fun weekend with family and friends. With stunning ocean views out most of the windows, you'll enjoy the sights, the sounds, the fresh sea air, and the great view of magical coastal storms in the Winter.

Beautiful open-floor-plan yet has two separate living areas (one upstairs and one downstairs) for privacy. The kitchen is stocked with spices and oils to help you make some amazing meals with your family and friends. From the West side of the house, there are views of the Pacific from every window. Our favorite is to grab a cup of coffee and head upstairs and take in the view and hear the roar of the ocean.

This home is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. Master upstairs - King Bed; 2nd room Main Floor - 2 full beds.

Human guests: 4

Pet Guests: One time $100 Fee per dog, Taxes May Apply. There is a 2 dog maximum for this home.

Security Deposit Hold (Not a Charge): $300 released no later than 13 days after departure.

There will be a $30 per hour fee charged for check-outs after 11:00 a.m. Unauthorized early check ins (before 4:00 p.m.) will be charged $30 per hour.

What an amazing time we had while staying at this beautiful home. So many explorations up and down the coast, then coming "home" to Stone's Throw at the end of the day. The emotional tone of the house is that it has good vibes. Warm and cozy. Clean and well-organized. Lots of windows offer abundant light and view of the Pacific. In the evenings we gathered in the spacious sitting room upstairs to play games and read and rest. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and we appreciated access to the broad beach where we could walk our doggie. Great artwork and warm décor throughout. Communicating with Steve and Amaya was easy, and all questions promptly answered. We appreciated their recommendation to the Drift Inn restaurant in Yachats for dinner. Exceptional food, and fun environment! Highly recommend this wonderful home in Yachats.

Yachats Getaway

This was one of the best vacation homes we’ve ever rented. The house is charming and really well equipped with everything you need, especially for pet owners and people who like to cook. Beach access is just across the road and down a short path.

Great family get away

Super clean. Has everything you need. Modern home with upgrades. If you have a crawling infant/toddler be aware of wall vents getting really hot. Master suite is great, however mattress is soft. If you like a firm, consider sleeping on the queen downstairs. Access to beach has a steep grade / slope. Will definitely book again.

Has Everything

Great house that is well appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The upstairs loft area is perfect for view of the ocean and sunset. Beach access is just a short walk away.

A real gem

The property is much better than depicted. It is steps from the beach and very spacious. A thoughtful touch was labeling the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. A great idea and made cooking so much easier. The house was immaculate when we arrived. I would highly recommend for a family with a dog. Be aware that the entire house has hardwood floors including the stairs. Older dogs may not care for that arrangement. Thanks again for a great stay

Enjoyed a brief stay in August 2020. Quiet neighborhood on north side of Yachats. Easy walk to beach. Very clean, comfortable bedS and we’ll appointed kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home & perfect location!

This home is very lovely, inviting, and has everything you need for a wonderful stay in Yachats. All the little details were thought of including lights on in the home when we arrived, nice Hawaiian music through the house, and everything clean and tidy. The views down to the ocean are great, and the walk down to the sand is very close! Check-in process was great, and the owner is very easy to communicate with. Our dog was very happy as well. Would very much recommend this place to stay again and again!

Beautiful property with opportunity to make the stay more comfortable

We loved the house and the cleanliness. Unfortunately there is NO cell reception there and we had been asked to download an app to get in. We got to the house and had to drive back to the nearest town to get a message off to the owner. Fortunately I took screen shots of the house rules before we went back because there was nothing written out in the house. The house internet had a virus so my Mac has to be completely wiped clean. I notified the owner hoping he'd pay for the repair but no luck. Lastly the clean costs were passed on to us at full price although we left it spotless. First time for me in a VRBO. Improvement is needed.

This house was spectacular!! Even better than the pictures. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The separation of sleeping areas was fabulous. We will definitely be renting this house again.

Beautiful, restful home in a sweet oceanside town

This home is simply lovely, the beds are extremely comfortable, this was a perfect oasis for three sisters to reunite from both sides of the country. The house is even prettier in person than in the pictures, which doesn't always happen in the rental world. The owners were quite gracious and reachable. I would highly recommend this spot, and Yachats is beautiful as always.
