Clear instructions prior to arrival. Friendly and welcoming messages, easy to communicate with the owner making the check on very easy. The property itself is stunning. Beautifully furnished in a lovely modern style, well appointed, spotlessly clean. Very quiet location with sea views from the two spacious first floor balconies. A very short walk to the sea with fabulous coastal views. Close, too, to restaurants and supermarkets. Just a five minute walk away. This is the best part of Playa Blanca if you enjoy a quiet, stunningly beautiful location with access to a range a fabulous eateries. There’s a bus every half hour ( on time!) to the port and marina. Can fully recommend.

Great location

Very private position. Location ideal for accessing walkway into town as well as Faro park restaurants. Very clean and Olivier was very responsive with any enquiries. Worth noting no air con in downstairs bedroom. 3 great bathrooms with showers.

Perfect for us

Just 2 of us in this lovely 3 bedroom house in a quiet location. All bedrooms are lovely and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need though we only used the stove once. We loved the pool ! We had the opportunity to have it heated for an extra charge of 15 euros per day in the September warmth declined and were perfectly happy. Plenty of inflatables ,( favourite was the flamingo) balls and floats to entertain ourselves with. Plus the table tennis of course and a lovely outdoor seating area. Lots of tv channels plus Netflix. We chose not to hire a car as we just wanted to relax. It takes approximately an hour to walk into Playa Blanca or you can catch the bus which goes at a quarter to and past the hour and costs 1.4 euros. Taxis back are plentiful and cost about 6 euros. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Faro area where there are several supermarkets, bus stop and plenty of restaurants and small bars. We are vegetarian and can highly recommend Flavour- Indian, Gusto -a bistro style Italian. ( we visited gusto twice ) and Dal Trevisano - Italian ( great homemade lasagne!) The local supermarkets had everything we needed and the fruit and veg were great. We took the ferry to Fuerteventura for a day at approximately 38 euros each return. We had a great 9 days and didn’t want to leave!

Total relaxation

Fully understand the anti stress description given about the villa as it was 100% correct. The location was perfect with a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants (big shout to La Flamenca) also a lovely walk to the Lighthouse and along the walkway next to the sea towards Playa Blanca or just short bus ride into Playa Blanca and the Marina Rubicon both well worth a visit. The villa itself was true to the photos so well equipped with lots of little extras the pool was amazing with different levels so that you could sit and cool off in. Plenty of outside furniture. The owner Olivier was very informative and would respond quickly if you had any questions. We can honestly say we will return and hopefully very soon.

Heerlijke villa in rustige buurt

Lekker ruime villa met tuin op het zuiden dus als je wilt kan je de hele dag met je neus in de zon. Maar ook veel schaduw. Alles was netjes en werkte zoals het hoort. De villa wordt 1x per week goed schoongemaakt door Rosa. Lekker uitwaaien doe je door langs de westkust te lopen. Of neem de boulevard. In ongeveer 45 minuten loop je naar het centrum van Playa Blanca. Of je neemt bus 30. Er zijn een paar eettentjes en supermarkjes (klein maar goed gesorteerd) om de hoek. De communicatie met Olivier verliep goed. Als je van rust en relaxen houdt, is deze villa een echte aanrader.

Everything we needed

Olivier was the perfect host. Villa Victoria is extremely well equipped and everything is off a very high standard. Less than 10 minutes walk from supermarkets, bars and some of Playa Blanca's best restaurants, it is the ideal location for a stress free holiday. We will be back. 😎

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben fast 6 Wochen in dieser schönen Villa verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefĂŒhlt. FĂŒr unsere Anliegen und fĂŒr aufgekommene Fragen konnten wir unseren Gastgeber Olivier jederzeit problemlos erreichen. Unser Gastgeber bietet wirklich einen sehr kompetenten und schnellen Service. Wir können Olivier, sein Serviceteam (Hausreinigung/Pool) und die Villa vollumfĂ€nglich empfehlen und kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder.

Top Villa, top Lage

Wir waren 9 Tage zu zweit in dieser Villa. Durch meine nĂ€chtliche Ruhestörung ( lautes Schnarchen) haben wir beide Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk genutzt und konnten somit ruhig schlafen. Die Betten sind sehr angenehm. Von den beiden Dach Terrassen hat man auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Die Villa liegt schön ruhig, Restaurants sind fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Der Pool ist ein Traum, wir haben ihn oft genutzt. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Kurzum wir wĂŒrden die Villa sofort wieder buchen

Our stay in Villa Oliveira

Despite needing to choose an alternative property for our stay due to a flood at Villa Victoria , I cannot praise the holiday enough overall. Manuel and his team were brilliant throughout and Villa Oliveira was extremely comfortable and well located. A very good second choice.
