This cozy apartment with two spacious bedrooms is located in one of the most central and charming areas of the town of Playa Blanca. Marcastell is a very well-maintained and quiet residential complex with beautiful gardens, ideal for relaxing. It’s a 10-minute walk to the town’s most popular beach, Playa Blanca, and 5 minutes to supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It’s very well connected thanks to the bus stop right across the street, and there’s public parking in case you want to rent a car during your stay (though it’s not necessary given the nearby amenities!).



The apartment offers a total of about 60 square metres of living space, including two large terraces that get plenty of sun all day long—perfect for enjoying breakfast or a snack in the warm Lanzarote sun. In addition, there are two comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of privacy to enjoy a Spanish siesta. The apartment offers everything you need for your vacation: a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, kettle, and coffee maker; a washing machine; a television with national and international channels; fast Wi-Fi (600 MB fibre optic), etc. There are two double bedrooms, each with built-in closets. One features a double bed, and the other has two separate beds that can easily be pushed together if you wish.

Schöne Zeit

Sehr nett war der große Willkommenskorb mit allen möglichen Leckereien und Grundausstattung und der unkomplizierte Check-in. Das Appartment hat 2 Terrassen, die je nach Wetter-/Windlage sehr nett sind. Hinten schöne Weitsicht. Betten angenehm und gut. Küche mit allem ausgestattet. Keine Spülmaschine. Nett wären ein paar Waschmaschinentabs, falls man die Waschmaschine nutzen möchte. An wenigen Tagen unangenehmer Geruch im Bad, könnte aber mit Spümatabs, aufgelöst in heißem Wasser abgeholfen werden. Insgesamt eine sehr nette Anlage, nur das Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite, THB Royal, sollte seine Musiklautstärke leiser regeln. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (richtig aufgehängten Vorhang, rostfreier Wäscheständer,etc.) könnten verbessert werden, besonders, da es den ansonsten sehr guten Eindruck schmälert.
