Villa clean and well equipped. Interior space is good. Great welcome pack, really appreciated. Outside space is smaller than it appears on the photos and felt a little enclosed. Balcony was good.
Ikea-Ausstattung in Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles wackelt und klemmt - Gardinenstange, Toilettenspülung, Stehlampe, Türen, Türklinken, Terassentüren, Spülmaschine, Schalterleiste am Herd u. v. m. Küche mangelhaft ausgestattet - Schneebesen, Knoblauchpresse, Rührschüssel, Brotkorb, Topflappen, Untersetzer, Kuchengabeln, Dessertschälchen und Servierplatten fehlen. Trinkgläser, Salatschüssel und Schneidebrettchen haben wir gekauft. Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit unangenehm beißendem Geruch. Unsere freundliche und umfassende Zusammenfassung der Mängel im Hause, wurde schmallippig und ignorant mit der Information beantwortet, dass sie an die Eigentümer weitergegeben wurde. Nur mit der Bekämpfung der Kakerlaken wurde während unserer Anwesenheit im Hause begonnen. Hier wäre die Information über die Anwendung eines Insektizides durch die Reinigungsfirma, das mindesteste, was den Mietern mitzuteilen wäre. Statt der 105 m² hat die Wohnfläche im Haus inkl. Treppenhaus nach unserer Einschätzung max. 85 m². Die Küche ist klein und auf den Klappstühlen am Esstisch finden 3, max. 4 Pers. Platz. Terrassen- und Poolbereich - Stühle sind z. T. gebrochen, Polster sind nicht vorha
