On the ground floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. All with modern finishes, good quality furniture and beautiful fixtures with built in storage throughout.
With a bonus of a ground floor annex comprising of 2 more bedrooms and its own bathroom. There is a living room and dining room also, all benefiting from the natural light that floods through each room.
There are also 2 pull out beds available and the villa can sleep up to 14 guests. Perfect for multiple families or large groups to holiday together.
The décor is modern, well equipped and has everything that you need for a perfect holiday. The newly installed Air Conditioning in all bedrooms will keep you cool at night.
The outdoor space has lots to offer, with an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, lots of outdoor terraces; open and covered, with spaces for entertaining and dining, sunbathing around the vast pool terraces, and of course the private heated salt water chlorinated swimming pool, perfect for a softer swim!
There is a private tennis court, perfect for entertaining guests and having fun as a family. A true touch of class in your own holiday home.
We offer a shopping service for guests in advance, where you can send our property manager a list of what you may need for your stay, and we will get it for you for your arrival.

Can’t say enough positive things about this villa, it has everything and more and is just perfect so spacious and carers for all ages! We have had the best week there and enjoyed every second. The pool, hot tub and outdoor facilities including tennis, pool table and tennis table were brilliant and the kids floats etc were amazing. The rooms so spacious and lovely and the whole house was just perfect. We loved the area too, easy 15 minute walk down to the marina and it really is a beautiful marina with lovely meal options!

Fantastic Holiday!!

We have just returned from our stay at Soleda Escapes in Puerto Calero and what a fantastic time we all had! We were a large group of friends and family celebrating a big birthday and also surprise engagement! Andrea was brilliant throughout the whole process from booking, staying and leaving. All guests were very impressed with the accommodation and services. Not one bad thing to say! Huge memories made for us all and THANK YOU!

Not first time in the villa but first time under the new ownership. What a difference, major upgrades all round , from furniture to hot tub. Security system and piping hot water at all times. Excellent communication throughout. Everything screams of excellence. Been coming to Lanzarote for 20 years. And stayed in puerto Calero villas more times than I can count, and in the main under invested and tired , not this property. Let’s hope they can continue to build their business and invest more in calero, not surprised this villa is all booked up for when I want to return Oct and April . Looks like I will need to really plan ahead to enjoy this palace again.

Schöne Villa, sehr engagierte Vermieter, leider zur Zeit von Baustellen umgeben

Wir haben das Haus zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr mit sechs Freunden und Freundinnen bewohnt, und uns in dem Gebäude sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet, die Bäder modern, die Wohnzimmer (oben und unten) entsprechen genau der Beschreibung und waren sehr hübsch dezent weihnachtlich dekoriert. Auch von Pool und Außenanlage waren wir positiv überrascht. Sowohl die Vermieterin als auch das Personal vor Ort waren immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, sogar an Heiligabend. Diese wunderbare Location hat leider momentan nur einen gewichtigen Nachteil: Sie ist umgeben von mehreren Baustellen, und man muss, mit Ausnahme von Sonn- und Feiertagen eine unangenehme Lärmbelästigung erdulden. Von einer in der Beschreibung zu lesenden „ruhigen Lage in einer Sackgasse“ kann also auf absehbare Zeit nicht die Rede sein.
