A truly amazing villa. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need and more. The beds are huge and very comfortable and it was so quiet that we slept very well. Pool area great with lots of different comfortable areas to use. Communication with Juan was great. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect!! Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer uitgeruste keuken, bedden zeer comfortabel, alles was schoon. Buitenruimte is een droom, heerlijk verwarmd zwembad (tegen betaling) enorm veel ruimte voor in de zon of juist niet. De eigenaar was snel met reageren.

Lovely Villa in Quiet Area

Check in was easy to understand although our private transfer from the Airport found it difficult to find. The villa was clean, comfortable and homely with everything you could possibly need. A small welcome pack which included hand soap and toilet rolls in the bathrooms was an added bonus. The beds were extremely comfortable and the large outside space inviting. Within a five minute walk there was a shopping centre with a small selection of lovely restaurants, bars, hiperdino and supermarket with money exchange. We didn't drive but used taxis to the port or Marina Rubicon ranging from six to eight Euros a trip or the local bus service beside the shopping centre. Communication from Juan the host was excellent - we had an issue with the Air Conditioning not working, Juan responded quickly to try to resolve the problem however we were nine days into our holiday before this was resolved. The only other gripe was within the vrbo listing of the area in which the villa is situated as this states it is in the centre of Playa Blanca, this is misleading as it is approximately 4km from the centre.

Villa in Lanzarote

Very clean and well presented Villa which met all our expectations. The outdoor space was great for both sun and shade. Close proximity to shops, restaurants and the sea made it an ideal location. A map showing the exact location of the Villa would make it much easier to find in the first instance. Overall a first class Villa and location.

Spring visit

The villa is lovely, it has everything we needed the location suited us perfectly well as we weren’t in the centre but it’s easy to get to if that’s what you want or stay in the sheltered garden and relax. The buses run every 1/2 hour from Faro Park which is a 5 minute walk.

Relaxing retreat

The villa is located in a lovely quiet area. Our host Juan was great, when we first arrived we noticed that there were only towels left for two guests (we were a party of four) after messaging Juan, extra towels arrived within the hour. The villa had all the facilities we needed and was very clean. The outside space is fantastic, lots of seating areas to choose from. The swimming pool was quite chilly, even on the hotter days, and could do with a revamp, many of the little tiles had fallen off. The bbq had been left dirty so we decided not to use it, looked like a major job to clean! Lovely restaurants and takeaways are just a 5 minute walk. The seafront is also about a five minute walk in the other direction, sandy beach is a bit further along. We walked to the harbour a couple of times, it took just over an hour to get there but buses and taxis are easy to get and very cheap. Lovely relaxing holiday, would highly recommend.

Wonderful Babies first holiday

We had a really great vacation here! It was our Babies first holiday and we found everything we needed in this home (highchair, babybed, kettle, heated Pool) and on Lanzarote in general. The house is as nice as on the pictures and we loved our stay there. The host was easy to contact and very helpful.

Ferienhaus TOP, FeWo-direkt FLOP!

Sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Randlage von Playa Blanca. Komfortabel+gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ohne die Fehlinformationen von FeWo-direkt hĂ€tten wir uns noch wohler gefĂŒhlt. Anstatt der ausgewiesenen 1 Gehminute zum Zentrum ist es 1 Stunde,da 3 Km entfernt. Der attraktive Hauptstrand Playa Dorada ist nicht 7 Minuten, sondern ebenfalls 1 Wander-Stunde entfernt. Auch die graphische Darstellung ist falsch verortet. Leihwagen also sehr empfehlenswert, oder Stadt-Buslinie nutzen: 600m entfernt.

Well jept villa inivy location

We had a lovely relaxing stay at the villa which was well equipped with everything you need. We hire a car so can travel easily around the island but it is possible to get the bus into playa blanca or walk to local restaurants. The owner is always very helpful and any queries are dealt with quickly.. The villa is private with a spacious garden area.

Traumhaus fĂŒr den perfekten Urlaub

Die Villa ist ein Traum, insbesondere auch die Gestaltung des Aussen-/Poolbereichs. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren gern noch lĂ€nger geblieben. Die Villa ĂŒbertrifft die Angaben in der Anzeige bei weiten. Vor allem die KĂŒchenausstattung ist top (Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen mehr als ausreichen, aber auch Salatschleuder, Mixstab und viele mehr vorhanden). Und uns erwartete eine perfekte Erstausstattung mit Wasser, Bier und Eis im KĂŒhlschrank (vielen Dank â˜ș), sowie Kaffeekapseln, Olivenöl, Essig, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs etc.. Die Matratzen in beiden Schlafzimmern garantierten einen erholsamen Schlaf, nicht zu fest, nicht zu weich. Was in der Anzeige gar nicht zu sehen war, aber wirklich toll ist, war der ĂŒberdachte große Essplatz draußen neben der KĂŒche mit direktem Zugang von dort. Ich hatte diese Bauweise schon auf Fotos bei anderen Villen in Playa Blanca gesehen, war mir aber nicht sicher, ob diese es auch hat
ja, hat sie :-). sogar mit einem Gasheizpilz und einem riesigen, qualitativ hochwertigen Gasgrill (was wir aber beides nicht gebraucht haben). Und die gemĂŒtliche Loungesitzecke draußen vor dem Wohnzimmer ist perfekte fĂŒr den ganzen Tag, dort gibt es im Sommer recht passend zur Tageszeit Schatten oder Sonne (tagsĂŒber eher Schatten, gegen spĂ€tnachmittags, wenn es etwas kĂŒhler wir, Wandert langsam die Sonne drunter). Fön, Waschmaschine, Auflagen fĂŒr die Sonnenliegen und genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher waren auch vorhanden. Alles in einem also wirklich ein Traumhaus mit tollen Ausstattung. Auch die Kommunikation mit Ramon zum Check-In und Check-out war sehr nett und informativ, allerdings sehr kurzfristig von unserer Anreise. Aber es hat alles super geklappt. Ein kleiner Negativpunkt war fĂŒr uns der Parkplatz. Die Villa verfĂŒgt zwar ĂŒber einen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus, aber die Einfahrt/Straße ist so eng und direkt gegenĂŒber des Parkplatzes ist in die Mauer eingelassen ein großer Sicherungskasten oder so, so dass wir mit unserem SUV (Jeep Compass) Schwierigkeiten hatten, dort rĂŒckwĂ€rts einzuparken. Mit einem kleines Auto dĂŒrfte aber auch das funktionieren. Wir können die Villa aber wirklich empfehlen und wĂŒrden wieder buchen.
