Relax with the whole family at this beautiful luxury 2 bedroom villa. Casa Feliz sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably in a double and twin bedroom. The master bedroom features an ensuite, while the second bedroom benefits from sole use of a family bathroom. The villa is fully licensed for holiday letting.

Immaculately finished with cool marble floors, Casa Feliz has a spacious living room with extra high ceilings, giving it a light and airy feel. A large flat screen TV with a multiple language internet system and a Playstation 4 for the kids is provided for your entertainment. Connected to the living room through an open-plan archway, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and American breakfast bar – a great spot for evening drinks. The separate dining room also features a large sofa, turning it into a relaxing hideaway during the day.

Step outside and you’ll discover Casa Feliz’s impressive garden and expansive sun deck, surrounding the inviting heated private swimming pool (Pool Towels provided) . With so much space, you’ll never be short on privacy and peace and quiet, with endless areas to pull up a lounger and read a book. The pool is heated (25-27C) during cooler months, ensuring it stays a comfortable temperature whatever time of year you decide to visit.

The shaded outdoor lounging area includes comfortable patio furniture, while an additional table and chairs can be found in the garden – offering a secluded spot to enjoy the sunset and a glass of wine as you take in the surrounding mountainside and sea views. When the sun goes down, the garden lighting creates a fantastic ambience – so you’re sure to make the most of the outdoor setting well into the evening hours.

Casa Feliz, Lanzarote, is the perfect holiday villa for families – and offers everything you could ask for and more for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

For your safety CCTV security is used to monitor the external permitter walls and driveway of the Villa. Cameras are located externally at the four corners of the Villa. This system works alongside the 24 hr monitored alarm system and data is only accessed should an event occur. Data is automatically deleted by the system when not needed.

TrÚs belle Villa trÚs bien située au calme et piscine chauffée bien orientée (soleil)TrÚs beau jardin avec vue bien dégagée. Intérieur trÚs bien agencé. Tout y est pour un agréable séjour Entretien villa , jardin et piscine pendant notre séjour (14 jours). L'accueil facilité par un document envoyé par l'hÎte qui permet une installation trÚs facile. Petit bémol , pas de document pour certains appareils ménagers . Signalé à l'hÎte qui fera le nécessaire. Encore merci Andy votre villa est à Recommander Michel.

Magnifique villa

TrĂšs belle villa avec jolie piscine et beau jardin conformes aux photos. Un grand merci pour le panier d’accueil qui comporte tout ce qu’il faut pour un casse croĂ»te rapide aprĂšs une arrivĂ©e tardive et un petit dĂ©jeuner. Villa trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous avons adorĂ©.

Nous avons passe un bon séjour.La maison est trÚs agréable mais vaut mieux louer une voiture car un peu loin du centre animée .il manque de la vaisselle quand on est quatre personnes sachant qu il y a un lave vaisselle.je recommande cette location.

C'est vraiment une trÚs belle location, bien aménagée, bien équipée. La piscine est de belle taille et le jardin trÚs agréable. Peu de choses accessibles à pied mais on a accÚs au bord de mer facilement. Idéal pour courir. Parfait pour des vacances en famille.

Hubby and l had a great stay at this villa. Comfortable, decent kitchen equipment if you love to cook. Pool warm for December, grounds beautiful and well maintained. The area is quiet and you do need a car to get about, which we always do anyway. The local restaurants were great and just a 5 minute drive away. If you want an escape it all holiday we highly recommend this Villa. Would definitely return.

Lovely villa in a very quiet & peaceful area on the edge of Playa Blanca. Grounds are very nice with shade offered by 2 Palm trees and a relaxing outside seating area on a covered terrace.Despite being in a quiet part of Playa Blanca there are a number of good restaurants & bars within walking distance (20 mins) in the Faro Park / Calle Irlande area and hailing taxis is easy on the main road - about 5 minutes walk.Communication with the host was fast & easy.

A villa with everything you need for a holiday

The Villa is in a quiet location which was ideal for us. The local shops etc were a 10 -15 minute walk away. Playa Blanca centre was around a 50 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. We arrived on a late flight and no supermarkets were open so we were pleased to discover a small welcome pack had been provided to keep us going.The villa has good outdoor living facilities such as comfortable seating, sun loungers and artificial grass covering a large portion of the area around the swimming pool. The pool felt a little cool but as the temperature reached 33 degrees it was a welcome cool down. Internally the Villa has most things you need for your holiday stay, the only item we missed was chopping board for fruit and vegetables etc. We were a little surprised that there wasn’t a towel and linen change during our 11 night stay but as we usually wash towels frequently ourselves this wasn't an issue. We didn't attempt to wash and dry the bed linen due to limited facilities to dry it. Overall a good villa in a great location

Beautiful Villa and Garden

The villa is exceptional and deserves all of the wonderful reviews it's received. Check in process was simple and communication with the owner/villa manager was great. What a beautiful villa with every comfort you could possibly need and stunningly decorated throughout. The garden is perfectly landscaped and wonderful for sitting/lounging enjoying the view of the mountains. In fact there is not a bad view from any angle. Warren (the man who cleans the pool) turned up twice and was friendly and gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. One minor criticism would be that the pool wasn't heated during our visit. That didn't stop our children from enjoying it (we couldn't get them out) but it was too cold for me. Perhaps we could have asked the owner to heat it, so this is not a complaint. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and will definitely love to return. As for the area, there were shops and restaurants within walking distance to cover your needs but anything else will require a car. Local people are friendly and we enjoyed a trip to Timanfaya (the fire mountains), Playa Flamingo, Marina Rubicon, Femes and the local Waterpark. All well worth visiting!

Week's stay 3rd - 10th September 24

Great week spent in Casa Feliz. Villa condition was immaculate and the facilities were first class. 10 minute walk to nearby shops and bus stop that runs regularly ever half hour Any queries prior to arrival were answered quickly by Andy. Can't wait to go back.

Villa was great, comfortable seating area , sunbeds very good, pool a bit disappointing due to neighbouring tree constant debris falling into the pool , therefore did not use but would stress not owners fault, facilities as per advertised, location a bit far out and would definitely need a car all in all had a great holiday.

Great property

We stayed at this property during the May half term and loved it. The villa was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything needed and it was great to have a laundry room. The garden was lovely and had a great bbq area. The pool was a great temperature and was big enough for all four of us to get in at the same time. The villa is in a very quiet residential area which is about a 8 minute drive to the centre of Playa Blanca. It was very relaxing and just what we wanted. We had a hire car and would recommend getting one. The cost for a week was about the same as a return taxi fare to the airport. We did use a taxi each evening when we wanted to go into Playa Blanca. This cost about €6 each way. We loved it here and would not hesitate to book again. It is a lovely place to stay on holiday.

Gorgeous and very nice villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa with our daughter of 10 years old. The swimming pool was heated very nice so that we swam the whole week. The location is nice and quiet, but with a car your can reach everything so easily. The contact with the owner is very good en helpful, thanks again Charles for everything. Hopefully till next year.

Gorgeous villa

We loved our stay at Andrews villa. The villa was immaculately clean on arrival and well equipped. The pool area is also ideal for days relaxing in the sun and is very private from other villas. The location is perfect for local restaurants and shops in playa blanca, a short 15-20 minutes walk. Andrew is a great host and replied quickly when i messaged him in the lead up to the holiday, we had no need to message during our stay as everything was a true likeness to description on booking and I can’t rate the villa cleanliness highly enough. I would definately recommend staying at Andrews villa.
