As soon as we walked in the room we noticed the bathroom had someone else's hair on the shower wall. The air conditioner smelled like old smelly feet. They have a no cancelation policy. That's the only reason we stayed.

Desk attendant was not friendly at all. Room was not clean. Advertised wifii did not work. Remote for tv wasn't even the right brand and didn't work. Had to operate the tv old school, manually. Toilet wouldnt stop going. Made noise all night. Hotels.com made this nonrefundable, so I was stuck with it.

First off, you had to put your shoulder to the door to close it because it was coming off the top hinge. The floor was nasty and looked as if it had never seen a mop! It was OLD laminate that also looked like it was reused and nmot properly installed, you could see the underlayment all over the place. The walls were dirty! If you used the exhaust fan in the bathroom the smell of CIGARETTE SMOKE WOULD DIRIVE YOU OUT OF THE ROOM!!! Internet was none existant, the manager daid it was down and the repairman could not come for 3 days! The ice machine was broken, again the repairman could not come for 3 days! The displat picture online is FALSE, nowhere could I locate that view! The pictures of the room also do not represent the condition of the rooms. IT IS A FIRST CLASS ROACH MOTEL!!!! I hope Expedia reads this and removes them from their website!!! I wish tExpidia would let you post pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole block is filled with homeless people The air unit in the wall I could see right out front three side wholes I brought my own bleach wipes and cleaned up and it was dirty Didn’t take a shower

Clerk didn't have a clue. First room they gave me the key card didn't work. Finally got in and the air conditioning unit was broken. Demanded another room. Decent but with a lousy chair. Wifi didn't work. The promised breakfast was only two kinds of cereal and frozen cheap muffins. No toast and NO COFFEE. A real dump, badly run.

Checking in asked where the breakfast room was at (picture showed one) we where told they have couple dry cereals and milk that we take to our room. Went to the room and the bathroom sink was full of long hair and ashes. Told them not staying in that room. Gave us another key. That room had no lights in bedroom area. A couple blocks away there where homeless people everywhere. Told office gentleman we can't stay here. Well no refund he sats. $61.22 down the drain. Went looking for another hotel.
