Outstanding
This hotel is perfect in so many ways. The staff is out of this world, and the location is breath taking if you have a lake view room. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 for room comfort was there was no balcony to sit on an observe the view. I will definitely be staying at another Lotte Hotel somewhere else in Asia.
