The Blossom House is clean, stylishly furnished throughout, and very well run, by efficient staff who offered a genuinely caring service which made us feel at home. It is conveniently located in a quiet corner of a large, up market compound with many eateries, pubs and even a Starbucks that opens till 10pm, and is situated by the Slender Lake which is picturesque beyond words. In early summer the air was always so fresh and we could hear the birds sing on the balcony in the morning. The hotel also has a well equipped 24-hour self-service laundry room which is especially convenient to us.

Yangzhou is a beautiful historic city which is relatively unspoiled. It is very rich in culture and the locals are nice and friendly. This was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. We shall return to this wonderful city and hotel!
