This hotel is only minutes from the Yarmouth-Portland ferry and is clean and comfortable, along with being within walking distance of a few restaurants for dinner (we went to The Dinner Plate, based on the desk clerk's recommendation and really enjoyed our meal). The breakfast served as complimentary with your stay is the best breakfast we've had at a hotel--a make-your-own breakfast sandwich bar, granola and dried fruit, yummy pastries, and the young woman running the breakfast was so attentive and kept everything full and clean.

Nice hotel close to the CAT

Location: Great jumping of point close to all roads
Hotel is within minutes of the cat staff was very friendly and helpful Jill gave us a wealth of information each day for our travels Laura and Angie were very helpful the breakfast area was very clean theyhave real bowls and plates and silverware not plastic we changed rooms after the first night because of noise from neighbors hotel maid returned items my wife left in our previous room because of the staff and its central location I would recommend this hotel if you travel to yarmouth Nova Scotia

Pros: Very convenient to the Yarmouth-Portland ferry.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre. No refrigerator in room. Otherwise fine.
The motel was very adequate for our one night. The staff was helpful and breakfast mediocre for a motel.

Convenient to the Ferry Terminal

Pros: Pleasant desk people. Just a utilitarian stopping place.
Cons: Noise level.
Location: Close to the ferry.
A modest motel with a friendly and welcoming reception staff. Clean but not fresh looking. You hear all your neighbor's plumbing at work, each flush, each shower with noisy intensity. Fronts on a busy street, get a rear facing room. Good shower. Antiseptic smell in room.
