The Space:
The "Lake Resort" is perfectly positioned surrounded by the prestigious Black Bull Golf Course precinct, this property overlooks the stunning 18th green and offers easy access to The Sebel Yarrawonga, Stock & Barrel Restaurant and Bar, and the Pro Shop. Enjoy scenic waterfront walks along the boardwalk to Chinaman's Island, with nearby playgrounds, bike paths, and exercise stations providing plenty of outdoor recreation. Ideally located, it's also just a short drive to Mulwala, Bundalong, and the acclaimed Rutherglen Wine Region.
Designed for large families and groups, this spacious holiday home features six generous bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests, with the option of each guest able to enjoy their own bed or sharing King beds (additional charges apply for guests over 12). Guests can relax with Foxtel, complimentary Wi-Fi, three televisions, two separate lounge areas, and a billiard table. Outside, enjoy a heat pump-heated swimming pool during the warmer months and a private putting green. The property also offers a double garage and additional parking in the designated bay beside the house.

Getting Around:
Yarrawonga, Mulwala and the surrounding region are easy to explore, with a local taxi service available for convenient transport. Many local clubs and selected hotels also provide complimentary courtesy bus services, making it easy for guests to enjoy dining, entertainment, golf, and social events without the need to drive. Whether you're heading to a restaurant, winery, golf course, or one of the area's popular clubs, transport options are readily available throughout your stay.

Important information you must consider:
Strict noise restrictions apply in the Silverwood’s Estate. There is zero tolerance to disrespectful behaviour and noise on a golf course.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Photo ID with residential address is required within 24hrs of making a booking.
Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:
Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Property Specific Terms and Conditions. Variations in terms are reflective of noise restrictions, swimming pools, pets and on-site parking.
Booking Cancellation Policy:
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 28 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the property.
Cancellation of the booking by the client, deposits are non refundable unless the property is re-let for the entire period for equal value. If the property is re-let, the guest may have a credit for future bookings, or request a refund.
If a refund is requested, then a $150 administration fee will apply. Please note the 2% merchant fee and the 8% booking fee is non-refundable. The advertised nightly rack rate is the amount refunded.
Should a cancellation notice be given for a peak period booking, or a booking with less than 28 days notice, then a $250 refund administration fee will apply.
Please note: For bookings placed via 3rd party websites.
The advertised nightly rack rate will be refunded, less the $150 cancellation processing fee.
Service fees, booking fees and merchant processing fees are non-refundable.
Bookings made via 3rd party websites and agents (including but not limited to Airbnb, Home away, booking, Trip Adviser and Expedia) these fees are approx. 25%
This is 25% of the booking tariff (ie if you booking tariff was 1000, the booking fees and commissions fee will be 250)
Guest funds, will be returned via bank transfer within 7 days of receiving this payment from the 3rd party platform.
Please note: Guest funds from bookings made via 3rd party booking sites will not be returned prior to booking dates in any circumstance.
How to cancel:
For bookings made via AirBnB, Booking and Trip Advisor, you will need to request to cancel via your account with the respective website.
Please do not select ‘request’ money via the Airbnb platform, as it will be declined. We, the Property Managers receive payment from AirBnB after the planned check-in date of the booking.
How to postpone/change a booking.
You will need to request to amend your booking via your account with the respective website. Waterfront Holiday Houses will then be contacted by the 3rd party website and will accept that request.
On 3rd party websites, changes to bookings cannot be made on the day of check-in.
We have a cancellation system in place and need to prioritise these requests in order of date of arrival. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Waterfront Holiday Houses are Managing Agents and the office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday. Email and phone requests to change bookings will be responded to during these hours of operation only.
Please note, in the event where the security bond was paid in advance, this will be returned within 7 days without an administration fee.
