Loved the cleanliness and the view is fantastic. Only disappointing parts is the lack of milk or coffee. 4 teabags and nice kettle are supplied, but not even longlife milk capsules. For a hotel that seems to be aimed at Europe and US clients this is not a good thing. Please get rid of other unnecessary extras such as comb, sewing kit and toothbrushes & give us some milk. But still love the place. Would HIGHly recommend.

The hotel was amazing!!! The view from our room was spectacular, the breakfast lavish and price much less than expected. Our only challenge was locating the property. The hotel check-in was on the 37th floor and this was unexpected. For this reason, we rated the communication a 4 out of 5.

Not bad, but concern about room providing
Room wasn't as described in the reservation. I booked studio double kitchenette. The room was provided Single without a kitchen. Wi-Fi not available if you don't have a local (Russian) phone number for authorization - very inconvenient part. Location is perfect, staff friendly, Breakfast has many options, but if you want to take a coffee "to go" you have to purchase the cup in a bar - wired rules.

The hotel and the room was amazing. The only downfall was you only have access to the pool for 2 hours .... the pool is ridiculous on the top floor in a fancy spa
