The whole place was tied and dirty. Even the bath water ran brown dirty water. Terrible place, stay away at all cost. Find somewhere else. You have been warned.
The feedback is not a reflection of the staff, apparently the property has changed hands and the new owner was not present.
There was no hot water apart from the electric shower.
The room had not been cleaned thoroughly.
The cups had coffee marks on the outside of them.
The room was cold on arrival, the heating was not on whilst we were in the room, it was cold in the morning too. It was 0 degrees that night so it was very cold.
There was a small amount of toilet roll, like an 1/8 of a roll.
There was a squirrel or some rodent in the roof above our room that was scurrying about making a fair bit of noise.
Overall not a great experience.
Staff were friendly and helpful, but as the meals service was none existent because manager and Chef has quit. Although the drinks from the bar were OK and the bed was comfortable, there were no around the morning we left. We could not turn of the central heating radiator in the room that morning and the room was cold as a consequence
Kitchen closed as no chef. Not mentioned at booking. Extremely dirty
And untidy at check in. Room was large but very outdated and musty. Not even pillow cases on the pillows. The pictures on website do not reflect reality.
