It's a good place for a budget, though not the cheapest in the city. I had booked a double bed but I got a single- no explanation whatsoever. The front desk guys are okay though not super friendly. There's only a mess hall that operates during breakfast hours, no lounge cafe/bar. The room didnt have a mini fridge and the AC was out, though they did provide a fan. Wifi signal is poor or it could be because my room was sorta caked between two rooms at the very end of the floor. I luckily had a room on the first floor as the elevator wasn't working. They're super strict about check in and check out time, like on the dot type of strict. For first timers in Yerevan a different area would be better as this place is located away from the city center.
