外国籍のスタッフの方がチェックイン時に声が小さく聞き取りずらく説明が聞きとりにくかったです。またランドリーがつかえないという事で、部屋からフロントに確認の電話をしたところ、全然出てくれませんでした。結局下のフロントまで下がることに…。
