The Zita I is a hotel mainly for Japanese tourists but I had been in the new Otani in Osaka and found it very comfortable. This Otani is connected to a high end mall, wit another hig end mall about a 10 min. Walk. There are a huge selection of restaurants and shops. A very pleasant area.

Whilst the hotel seemed quite new and was in a very clean condition, a couple of issues impacted on us. The beds were awful as were the pillows In addition - and I find this astounding in 2025, there was no power at the bed heads. There were two USB-A slots on a cable - really handy when all your cables are USB-C. The hotel was happy to supply an extension lead but the format was slightly different to the US style two pin plugs and they wouldn’t connect. So then they wanted to sell us adaptors. That didn’t fly. So a review of this hotel could not come to a rating of more than average.

The hotel is located right next to Sakuragicho station very convenient to the main tourist areas in Yokohama but also allowing for easy travel to other parts. The room was relatively large (for Japan) and very clean. I would stay again for sure

Hotel view was great. I saw very different, lower prices in Japanese websites but it was too late. Hotel was not so kind to use their AC to charge phones at the restaurant while we had to wait 2 hours. They did not let us use it. Hotel receptionists were not very friendly either.
