You could hear everything through the walls, and there was a couple fighting until after midnight in the room next to us. Every time someone walked by your room, you could hear everything, and the beds were very very hard. It was just not a good stay.

Great to across the street from Long Sands Beach. Roar of the ocean was so lovely. Nice to walk the beach at low tide. Room was clean. Bed was a bit hard. Lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom led to a slippery floor if door not left open during shower. Blackout curtains could be better, there was too much light in the room for sleeping well. Appreciated having a small fridge in room.

This Inn is exceptional in its features and its staff. And how can you beat the ocean out your front door and Nubble Light around the corner? Everything is very well laid out and comfortable. The occasional tiny glitch is nothing! Miss a microwave in the room, but again, that is a tiny thing compared to the great features and incredible value of this lodging!! TY!!

The check-in was odd. No map of the hotel grounds, no explanation about amenities, location and hours. Even after she asked if I had stayed there before.The room had an unusual smell, not clean smelling. The walls are extremely thin so we could hear every footstep of the people in the room above us. The bathroom is tiny even with the sink outside of where the shower and toilet were located. The hotel grounds were decorated lovely for the holiday. The proximity to the beach is great, but it was in the 20's, so no walk on the beach for us.
