Needed a room or would not have stayed. Friendly staff, good thing Applebee's is on location. Our room was sub-par; carpet was dirty, ants in the bathroom, peeling paint as well. The beds were comfortable though.

The room smelt, the sheets felt wet and there was no wi-fi. On top of that you charged me $136.06 for a room that my receipt said showed cost $102.60. I am more than disgruntled, I will not be using Travelocity again! I tried calling for at least a credit of the difference, but got no help at all from you. A total scam! You are rated the room as a 8.4 out of 10 stars! HA!! It felt more like a bait and switch. Since you made $34 dollars out of it.
