Year round beach house 5 minute walk to beach with all the comforts of home.

Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath newly updated home that is located on a private road. An open concept, bright and sunny home that includes a laundry room, deck with grill where you can enjoy dinner and drinks with your family while the kids play outside on a private dead end road with no thru traffic. Its great for the kids to ride bikes and play catch. The home also has an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Each bedroom has cable TV. There is free WiFi in the house. It comfortably sleeps 8. The driveway fits 4 cars.

The home is just a short 5 minute walk to the bath house on Long Sands Beach. It is also close to the downtown area and Short Sands Beach. It is conveniently just a 10-15 minute drive to the Kittery outlets, downtown Portsmouth, NH and The Ogunquit Playhouse. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area.

This is a cool place! Close to the beach and tucked in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed staying here.Place has everything, even an outdoor shower with warm water. York Beach has always been a favorite of ours! Beautiful and full of things to do.

Cozy beach house with surprisingly roomy rooms & tons of amenities! TVs in each bedroom with Roku & a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs- just add groceries. We weren’t there for the beach but just minutes away from downtown & Nubble Light. Mike the owner was very nice & available if we needed anything.

Wonderful long-weekend stay!

Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!

This is an absolutely fantastic rental. Check in and check out process are extremely easy. The host is accommodating and responsive. Common areas are perfect for gathering and spending quality time with your group. Beds were decent and everything was super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you’re looking for. We stayed here in the winter so we did not explore the outdoors but we will most certainly be back!! What a great place!

Mike’s beach house is clean, located in a quiet location, offers a great layout for friends and family, and was perfect for our stay. Three mom friends and 4 kiddos ages 1-5. Mike reached out to let me know he was available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay and hope to be back in the future! Definitely choose this property, you will be happy!

Amazing location and beautiful place to stay

My family and I stayed in this unit and absolutely loved it. Mike, the host, was so proactive in his communication with us that we felt welcomed before we'd even arrived. Once we got to the unit we were even more impressed. First off, the location is amazing. Just minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in York. If you open the windows you can hear the waves. Second it's just such a cozy place! The beds were all super comfortable. The couch in the living room is among the comfiest I've ever sat on. The kitchen is well appointed and clean. Sincerely one of the best places I've stayed in a long while and we'll definitely be back!

A great York Getaway!

It was perfect! Plenty of room, beautifully clean and walking distance to the beach. Bonus they had a Keurig coffee machine! The owner was so accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!
