Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath newly updated home that is located on a private road. An open concept, bright and sunny home that includes a laundry room, deck with grill where you can enjoy dinner and drinks with your family while the kids play outside on a private dead end road with no thru traffic. Its great for the kids to ride bikes and play catch. The home also has an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Each bedroom has cable TV. There is free WiFi in the house. It comfortably sleeps 8. The driveway fits 4 cars.

The home is just a short 5 minute walk to the bath house on Long Sands Beach. It is also close to the downtown area and Short Sands Beach. It is conveniently just a 10-15 minute drive to the Kittery outlets, downtown Portsmouth, NH and The Ogunquit Playhouse. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area.

Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike’s beach house is clean, located in a quiet location, offers a great layout for friends and family, and was perfect for our stay. Three mom friends and 4 kiddos ages 1-5.
