If you don’t mind barking dogs because (gasp) people have to bring Fido and then lock him in the room, this is the hotel for you. If you don’t mind being told the buffet breakfast has different hours than posted, and then go during the “modified” hours and learn the breakfast is closed and when you bring it to the attention of the desk, they tell you there was a miscommunication and you must have heard the staff wrong, then this is the hotel for you. Now, for the positives - the shower has hot water, the pillows are comfortable."

"Drive 10 hours to get there at 12:00 ask if our room was ready told it wasn’t. She said she would call me when it was ready and never did. When I went back 2 hours later she said oh let me check and it just so happened to be ready. I don’t know if they put dogs on all the floors which I wasn’t aware pets were even allowed. But there was barking all day and into the night. Just a horrible stay "
