Room was clean, however the pull out couch bed was broken. There was no tub stopper for my daughter to take a bath. The staff was nice but not knowledgeable, i booked through hotels.com and she tried double charging me saying i didnt pay. She was supposed to use the virtual card sent. Lied to me and told me she needed my card on file for 60 dollar deposit. Then 2 hours later tried charging 110 dollars more to my card. Then proceeded to try again at 7am for the 110 dollars again. Management when checking out told me she was new and that i would get my 60 dollars back in 2 days.

Breakfast room attendant was very inefficient, leaving trays empty while people waited. She was also in and out of the room with a child, attending to the child intermittently, which would be illegal in a restaurant due to cleanliness concerns.

Dirty room the sheets were not clean on one of the beds and the pillowcases had hair on it the rug looked like it wasn’t vacuumed the corners of the rug was dusty and the worst stay yet that we have had here Breakfast was great Bathroom clean Sheets had fluid on them dryed disgusting Nice hot water

Staff was great. Great location. Sink was stopped up upon arrival (drained very slowly), we didn’t notify them until we were leaving, they were apologetic and I had confidence that it would be taken care of.

The bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. The toilet seat screw was broken and missing a piece The tissue box was empty The hallway floors were dated and worn and needed to be cleaned A little attention to details and can improve ratings The key card for the room door didn’t work the next morning The breakfast was stocked and the staff at check in and checkout were very nice! We needed a place to rest our head, it was inexpensive ($130) for the night so it was a good value for the cost : )
