Upon check in, we learned that the pool and fitness center were not usable. This was not shared prior, and sadly made for a bad first impression. The first room we were assigned had a broken refrigerator. We were given a new room, however the door access did not work. We then were given a third room. Thankfully at this point we had a working refrigerator. Sadly, the deadbolt did not work and the door was uneven. In the morning, the toilet would not flush, then, after being "fixed" ran all night long. The staff was as accommodating as they could be, given the circumstances.
