elevator was broken, pool and hot tub is always closed for maintenance. hot water is hit and miss, room has had water damage on ceiling, grout on tub is all patchy and unsightly. hotel is falling apart needs quite an update.

Room met our needs. We knew the elevator was not working and pool was down before we arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room in need of update and repair. Seems every scuff mark from a bag was like a signature on the wall never to be removed. Carpet had large stains in main walking areas. Maybe we will consider after the renovations but do not reccomend staying during the process.

Hotel was going through renovations Elevator wasput of order so had to take stairs to second with my arthritic knees and i am an elder. We couldnt take a shower because there was no shower curtain. The tv was messed up we couldn't get the tv going. We finally got a signal and statted with ongoing struggle.

The elevator was not working and pool and hot tub were under maintenace so not available. The desk receptionist very nicely switched us to a main floor room so that we would not have to climb the stairs with our luggage.
