The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, even when my 2 year old got a little messy with her breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, and my kids loved the pool. Very family friendly, would stay here again.

When we booked this Hotels.com did not let us make special requests like they usually do. We are both highly allergic to pet dander and if no pet free rooms we wanted a room on the top floor near the elevator. Jacob checked us in and gave us what we needed. He was excellent!!! Our room was great and the breakfast was good. The woman working at breakfast was very nice. We loved the colors in the lobby etc. so much better than just plain white!!!

We were in town for a dance competition and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. The staff encouraged my daughter and her dance and made us feel beyond welcome. Will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.
