The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated right in the main square and just steps away from major attractions—making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast offered each morning was hearty and the coffee was good. The rooms were clean, but the overall décor felt somewhat dated and dim. A few updates or brighter touches would go a long way in making the space feel more inviting and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant stay in a prime location with wonderful service.

Clean and well presented. Breakfast good and just what we wanted a simply well presented hotel which was opposite the Market Square with easy access to the Menin Gate.
