The space:
Come and enjoy your stay at our newly renovated 3,000 square foot home. The space includes a large fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining room, a separate living and family room, and a laundry room upon request. For sleeping accommodation, there are 3 queen beds, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen air mattress that can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. Turkish-style floor seating with an ottoman enhances this experience to another level!

Additionally, there is a home office equipped with a 24" monitor, perfect for remote work. Stay connected with our 800 Mbps high-speed internet, ensuring smooth online experiences. For entertainment, there is a 65" 4K Smart TV present with Netflix. Situated just a short drive from the Big House Stadium and downtown Ann Arbor, our location combines convenience with comfort!

The main level and second story (3,000 SF) are dedicated entirely to our guests, while the lower level functions as a separate, private unit with its own entry. Occasionally, this unit is used by my family.

Host communicated very well. House is in a terrific neighborhood. Overall, it was comfortable and convenient. Only one TV in the entire house (none in any bedrooms) was not the best.

Spacious and comfortable house

We had a wonderful stay in this quiet, spacious and and clean house. The location is about a 15 min drive to Ann Arbor, and access and parking was very easy. The owner was very prompt and helpful in their communications. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this place because I needed the large kitchen and sleeping arrangements for 10 of us. The beds were comfortable and the house is definitely accommodating to a large group. The host is very friendly and should any issues arise, he is quick to respond and address them. The location was perfect for us, our daughter got married nearby and we were doing the cooking, cake and all set up. Coming from out of town and being able to have a spacious place like this to prepare everything was great.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable!

We loved this big, comfortable, well-equipped home! The communication with the homeowner was great, and he was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. A special highlight was the large nature park just a two minute walk away.

Great Family Reunion Accomodations

Our extended family stayed here while in the area for a family reunion. We had small children with us as well as multiple adults, and the home was spacious and accommodating for the four families using each of the four bedrooms. The host was very friendly and communicative in answering questions and making the space work for us. We didn’t spend time in the house during the day, but it was a great place to come home to at night after our reunion activities. There is only one shower, which might limit some families, but we made great use of the half bath! 🙂 It was very easy to get on the freeway, there was easy access to everyday shopping such as groceries, and the kitchen was spacious for preparing our reunion food. We would recommend it wholeheartedly for what we used it for, as a giant hotel suite with kitchen privileges.
