The hotel did not provide us with hand soap. They stated that they were out and were waiting for a shipment. They only provided bath towels for 2 with no hand towels or wash cloths. I reserved for 3. The pull out couch had a very dirty and stained mattress. It was disgusting. We had to let the front desk know a night before if we needed room cleaning and towels. Will not stay here ever again!
