Never had I stayed at a hotel where I had to ask for housekeeping. I understand if they don’t clean the vacant rooms on a daily basis but the rooms that have occupancy is a must. I had a few issues to begin with this establishment. I got charged twice for the room when I had prepaid before getting there. Then the manager told me well did you ask for housekeeping and I told her yes, I’ll send someone to your room. No one went to clean the room. I took it upon myself to empty the waste bins and they were left without liners the remainder of my stay. I check out and told the manager no one went at all to clean and she said well after Covid if you don’t stay 3 days they don’t clean them which was a shock to me since the whole Covid experience was the total opposite and we were constantly cleaning and disinfecting

I liked the ADA hand holds in the shower and around the toilet. The water pressure was very good, though the water was hard. The king size bed was comfortable. We liked being close to a Circle K.

This has to be one of our favorite hotels. Danielle is always so sweet and always takes care of us. Bed was comfortable, huge tv and the room was what we needed like always for a good nights sleep.

The staff and resturant was attached were excellent. The room was well kept, however the bathroom is very small and no ventalation. The breakfast was very limited, as the first morning there were only waffles and someone making eggs but the second day there was no waffle batter to make waffles. There was juice but tiny dixie cups to pour it into or cofffee cups they give you from the rooms. Overall, the room and service was good for the price.

Staff and property cleanliness was good. Room was as expected, nothing to complain about. Breakfast had a staff member cooking eggs as you request. My only complaint was shower water pressure. Check in and out was easy. Easy to find as well.
