古さは否めませんが　スタッフも感じが良く 大浴場も有り　ゆっくり過ごす事ができました。 TV画面で浴場や朝食レストランの混雑状況が確認出来ず　他のルートインとは違うな！と感じました。 回りに夕食を取る所が無かったのでホテル内で食事が出来た事はとても助かりました。 他のルートインは土日開いてない事が多いので お世話になりました。

ネット上でセミダブルを2部屋（大人１人と小学生で1部屋・大人1人で1部屋）でカードで先払いで予約したが、チェックインの際にホテルの方から何も確認のないままセミダブル1部屋とシングル1部屋のキーを渡されそうになった。スマホの予約画面を提示して何とか予約した通りのセミダブル2部屋を利用できた。 洗面台の蛇口のパッキンが劣化しているのか、蛇口を閉めても水が止まらなかった。 朝食メニューのおかずの種類がもう少し豊富だと嬉しい。
