With a large shared swimming pool, the complex is composed of 4 independent semi-detached houses that can accommodate up to 5 guests each.

The brand new, semi-detached house with a shared, outdoor swimming pool has been carefully designed to offer a superior holiday experience thanks to the care of the details, stylish touches, and wide spaces.
Providing 2 bedrooms and sophisticated furniture, the Serenity suite will leave speechless even the most demanding guests.

All the houses are divided into 2 floors.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a smart TV, sofas, a sofa that can accommodate one guest to sleep, and a large picture window overlooking the pool and the sea as well as a big balcony equipped with table and chairs to relax.
On the same floor, there is a large bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, smart TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there is the second bedroom with a double bed, smart TV, air condition en suite bathroom with shower, and a big balcony with an amazing sea view.

WIFI is available in the house as well as in the shared swimming pool.
Every house can use the shared BBQ and the laundry room as well as the playground for kids and gym room located in the complex.

Parking is available for guests in the complex. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 31st of October 2025
