Beautiful Hotel in the old Zadar. They have rooms where the reception and restaurant are located but have lot of rooms accross the road in the part that they call the Annex. We had a room number 4 in the annex. Spacious, nice decoration, spacious bathroom. Safe, fridge. Water, tea and coffee station in the hallway.

The beds were comfy and room very spacious. The light in the room wasn’t great meaning my partner found shaving very difficult. Breakfast was good but if you wanted something from the main menu then you had to pay the full amount for the dish. Staff very helpful and parking easy.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old town We had a fantastic stay at Almayer Art & Heritage Adults only Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed—set within a thoughtfully restored historic building. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern, with an incredible shower. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of Zadar’s charming old town, with everything within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this cool and creative hotel! All the furnishings are amazing, fantastic food in the hotel restaurant, great location and kind, helpful staff. Highly recommend!!

Great service and location

Great location, service, and breakfast. Room was advertised as "sound-proof" but you could hear a lot of noise, including the music that plays in the hallway. Loft stairs were creeky and it's easy to bump head on the staircase when standing up from the desk on the first level.

Location was great for the sea organ an sunset, room was spot on, great design, but this was not at the expense of function, which is so often the case, would highly recomend this for a visit to Zadar

We had a very nice experience from the receptionist Elena. She was very outgoing and made us feel comfortable. From finding us a place to park our car to getting a table in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was too notch as well as the service.

We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. Yummy!!

Great shower, bed slanted to one side, very dark and hard to put on makeup. Nice view. Hotel consierge said he would move our car to park and never did. Breakfast is underwhelming.
