Superb apartment, easily had enough space for 6 people. Choice of furnishings and arrangement was simple, thoughtful, and modern, without being impersonal. Clearly a lot of thought went into the use of the space for exactly this purpose (shoe closet and racks, plentiful storage, clever single loungers/beds, sleeper sofa). Appears recently renovated and very well-maintained. Bedding was extremely comfortable, and this was the first place in 17 days of travel that provided travel-sized toothbrushes--which was exactly what I needed when I lost mine and needed another late on a Sunday with shops closed! Parquet floor was older and a little noisy to walk on in spots, and I do recommend the owner look at a couple of very minor maintenance issues (e.g., shower drain hair trap), but overall I would rate the space 98/100. 1km or less to any of the major tourist sites/restaurants, and easy access to public transport. I was only able to stay 2 nights, but I can tell this space would make an excellent "base" from which to see the rest of the city. Market was right around the corner, etc. I only wish I could have stayed longer to take advantage of the amenities and location. We didn't experience any issues to begin with, but with the thought that went into the space, I predict that the owner would respond to any issues in an exemplary manner. Just don't forget to check in via the management company first for keys, only 2km away.
