The hotel was in a location that was convenient to everything. I loved that the tram was right in front. Jasmine was super helpful and gave us some amazing recommendations of where to go and check out. She made our stay so welcoming.

It was good functional hotel. Though too far from the city centre. And they didn’t clean the room on the second day, which I thought was strange.

The room needed updating in terms of USB ports for electronics. We had to use our converters and plug everything into regular outlets which were not conveniently placed in the room. Otherwise, everything was superb. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but coffee was delicious. Parking is convenient in gated private small lot next door. Places to walk to for dining. Staff professional and polite. Loaded bar in the room with goodies. Super quiet and beds very comfy. Boutique hotel about 3.5km from the city center with easy public transport if needed. 20 min ride to airport. Would def stay here again.

The hotel is in a fine area, parking is easy to access from the main street. The parking lot is not big, but the hotel staff tries to manage it well for all guests. More parking spaces would be desirable. The hotel has been nicely renovated, the air conditioner works fine in the rooms, but not in the hallway and elevator. We were there in June, so the hot summer certainly needs better air conditioning everywhere in the hotel. The bathrooms are well arranged and clean. The bedding is also comfortable and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and tasty. Rooms facing the main street are exposed to traffic noise and this disturbs sleep. We would love to return to this hotel.

Large room, good breakfast, very clean bathroom. The shower door leaked flooded the floor went looking for staff did not find any at 2 pm no one answered the reception desk. At 5 pm when we were going for dinner I asked the lady at reception for dry towels as I used the towels to mop up floor. She said yes but I did not believe she would. When we came back wet towels still on floor in bathroom I took them downstairs to reception then was told I was rude to do that in front of others by guy on desk. “I was rude to get dry towels when they did not do it” talk about no customer service.
