Negative; The staff/front desk response was terrible. Calling from room to front desk was rarely picked up. Complementary coffee was not provided everyday. The view from our room (2nd floor, last room on the left) was unpleasant. Positive: the female employee working at the concierge desk was very helpful. Sheraton could be better.

I found the management team to be rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the hotel; the only one to greet us was the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor. My roots come from Croatia, and I was very disappointed; the breakfast was very expensive for what was on the buffet menu.

Amazing stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. As a loyal Bonvoy member, this hotel did not disappoint. Really enjoyed the spacious room, the wellness centre with three saunas and a pool, the ease of walkability to the old town and down town. The staff were super lovely and very welcoming. The check in and check out process was very smooth. The only downfall is you can see the wear and tear of the place and needs renovations which are being done gradually. But that doesn’t take away from how lovely the stay was. Definitely book here if you’re in Zagreb.

They don’t have enough staff on reception. Initially one person at checkout time. Who was a trainee. Check in wasn’t much better. We had to ask the concierge to get more staff out. Then they kept coming and going, doing nothing for another 5 minutes. Also couldn’t get laundry done on a Tuesday.
