We stayed for two nights—Thursday and Friday. The room was good, with a clean bathroom and a firm mattress. The hotel staff also helped with our medical needs. The first night went really well. However, our room was located directly above a night club, and we felt vibrations from the throbbing bass sounds until 4:00 a.m. on Friday night / Saturday morning. We called the front desk, but they said there was nothing they could do. It seems the building is shared with multiple businesses. I also mentioned this upon check-out, but I received a very mechanical apology, and the staff member told me she would inform the landlord. If they were already aware of this issue, the hotel should not have assigned that room—especially for a Friday night. If anyone stays at this hotel on a weekend, make sure your room is not above the club.

Negative; The staff/front desk response was terrible. Calling from room to front desk was rarely picked up. Complementary coffee was not provided everyday. The view from our room (2nd floor, last room on the left) was unpleasant. Positive: the female employee working at the concierge desk was very helpful. Sheraton could be better.

I found the management team to be rude. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in or out of the hotel; the only one to greet us was the housekeeping staff on the 2nd floor. My roots come from Croatia, and I was very disappointed; the breakfast was very expensive for what was on the buffet menu.
